So I started the fast half way through today but thought i'd fill in some background info.
Start: Monday 7th, 3:30pm
End: Thursday 17th, 3:30pm
Total Time: 10 days (240 hours)
Height: 153.5 cm
Beginning Weight: 170.4 lbs
End Weight: 156.4
Weight 1 week after breaking fast: 159
Total Loss: 11.4
I was 167.6 lbs at my last regular weigh in (4 days ago) and have been restricting to 400 calories per day for the past month. for the last 4 days however, i've had 2150, 1150, 1525 and 1984 calories for each day due to birthday celebrations.
I am fasting for 10 days in total, though will be counting this in hours personally, so I will resume eating again mid day when the fast is over. I have quite a lot of experience in doing minimum 7 day fasts, so I don't feel as if it will be any more difficult than the times I have done it in the past. It's never easy of course, but not impossible. My intake will only be black coffee, water and salt. If i get /very/ sick I will take an electrolyte tablet.
I will update with my weight tomorrow, as well as my first day of progress. As I do with all fasts, I will also log the 7 days after I break my fast in this thread, to show a more accurate representation of my weight when food is in my system.
