this will be my sort of accountability thread, i will update every 24h or so with lbs lost and mood updates

started june 8th 7:35pm

ends june 17th 5:35am

 

i've done a fast this long before, this time around i want to shoot for around 10k steps a day and 30 min of dancing

im 100% sure i can do this and this thread will def help :)

good luck to anyone else fasting right now! remember to stay hydrated

yesterday i was craving a ton of different things, but i just walked it off. i was able to get both my steps and dances in. i feel pretty good right now, it's morning for me so i'm getting ready to go on a walk !

hey,

im super embarrassed and upset, earlier today i was forced to go to out for lunch with my family

i ate as little as i could get away with, but nevertheless, i still ate and broke my fast.

i feel like complete shit about breaking this fast early and i'm working out to burn everything off and im also super sorry to anyone who wanted to watch this thread

i've restarted the timer and added 2 days and i just really feel like shit about it

Oh no! But, at least it was at the beginning of the fast, so not much time lost. Totally can relate though...
You can do it! Just don't over do it... remember, the longer the fast, the more your metabolism slows down and weight lost gets a little harder.
