So after losing 4.5 kg in a week I'm at a new set point of 57.7 kg so if I 'binge' for a few days or even a whole week I would go up to 59 kg max and usually be back to 57.7k if I eat normal ( like 1200-1500 Cals) for a day or two after . But once I'm back to 57.7 I cant get any lower I really need help breaking this plateau.

my previous set point before the loss was 61-62 kg . The only way forward seems to be fasting until I break under 57.7 kg but I'm too hungry and busy for that. Its so annoying because I'm only 1.2 kg away from my lowest weight.

Hmm, I'd say eat at maintenance, and then do a mono if you can, or cut your calories very low, but don't fast? It's what helped me break my last plateau. I think I'm approaching a new one right now, and my period is due, so currently eating at maintenance for a few days to try to get over it.

I've tried all of them and no luck but I don't know how I magically woke up today and I'm at 57.1
