So after losing 4.5 kg in a week I'm at a new set point of 57.7 kg so if I 'binge' for a few days or even a whole week I would go up to 59 kg max and usually be back to 57.7k if I eat normal ( like 1200-1500 Cals) for a day or two after . But once I'm back to 57.7 I cant get any lower I really need help breaking this plateau.
my previous set point before the loss was 61-62 kg . The only way forward seems to be fasting until I break under 57.7 kg but I'm too hungry and busy for that. Its so annoying because I'm only 1.2 kg away from my lowest weight.
