I mix my tuna with carrots so I feel like I have more tuna. I also add some spices so it's spicy. But I actually enjoy it A LOT.

Konjac rice with cocoa powder and sweetener added to make it feel like some kind of dessert- it’s crap but is under 100 calories so…..

 Usually my lunch is a salad,,, but with only 80g cucumber + 1 radish + 3/4 tsp of zaatar seasoning. It tastes like anorexia but it's only 18 cals?

Remember the cabbage-soup diet craze? Well you might remember if you are old, like me. Well, I made cabbage soup which was good. But today during a terrible flashback I diluted my soup with more water, threw in 5 grams of oats and a tablespoon of chia-seed and ate a very large container that was pretty much water with green bits floating in it.

 

At least I managed to eat something despite being in the midst of a flashback.

Measurements June 18
Thigh: 62 cm (lost 1 cm since middle of May)

Hips: 102 cm (lost 3 cm since middle of May)

Stomach: 95 cm (lost 7 cm since middle of May)

Thinnest part of waist: 76 (lost 3 cm since middle of May)

Tea and protein powder water all day so I can go out for a sad salad at dinner with friends lol. Also those cinnamon rolls look amazing

I use mustard instead of salad dressing. Looks weird, sounds sad... but really isn't too bad. That's about the most I can get away with without alarming anybody.

Cut the crusts of a small slice of bread, cut in half, spread margarine, sprinkle sweetener and cinnamon, then fry both ends in a non stick pan
