okay, so I'm deliberating on whether I should add some peanut butter to my diet since I don't get a lot of healthy fats + I also just really like peanut butter.
I'm thinking of adding the tiniest bit of water to a tablespoon of regular peanut butter and whisking it to make it have less calories for per volume (and maybe it will be easier to spread on bread)
would this work, or is it just gross? I'm not aiming to make it "soupy" and I'm nervous about making the bread soggy lol
I know some people might recommend PB2 but I can't afford it : (
