what is everyones workout routine

This is my playlist.
So I started out by doing the HIIT workout for beginners in this playlist, then I moved on to the "Best 15 Minuet beginner workout" once it got easy. Then I moved up to another one of Emi Wongs workouts, the 30 min full body workout HITT stuff in this playlist. I'm working towards the 1000 calorie video in the play list and when i'm tired, i do her KPop one in it instead of a full HIIT. I know the playlist is out of order as of now, but its how I have it so i do the hard set im working on right now. I get up, get some water, do my workout and then at night I do 10 minuets of stretching/yoga. In two months, I've dropped 4 points in my BMI. It fucking works.

I also recommend the Nike exercise app. It's perfect if you want to input your stats, level of activity.. etc. Also at the end of each workout you can rate its intensity and it will adjust the exercises accordingly.

i begin with jump rope for about 20-25 minutes. then i go on to a hiit workout and an aerobics dance workout, each for 30 minutes. i usually focus on either abs, arms or thighs for 20-30 minutes after the cardio, things like crunches, leg lifts and all those. if it's not too hot ill add a strength training session for 30-40 minutes too + 10k steps.

I go to the gym 4-5 days/week, 3 days of lower body and 2 upper body. On all days I do medium to heavy weight lifting for one to two hours, and I rarely ever do cardio, once or twice per week max, and only for 15-20min each time.

M/W/F morning - Pushups and Plank
M/W/F evening - Elliptical + Yoga
T/Th morning - Core Workout Video + Stretch
T/Th - Walk
Weekends: Varies (Hike, Walk, Yoga, etc)

S,M,T - dumbbells targeting either lower or upper body 45-50 min
TH - full body 1 hour
F- HIIT 30 min
S,M,W,TH - run about an hour (W-super easy recovery run)
SAT - long run 25-35km
I do yoga everyday as well and foam roll when I have a minute to spare. When the uni and work are back, I'll have to cut down on hours of course.

Gym in the mornings, i'm a beginner so using some machines to work on everything... or do a group training session. Then light to moderate jogging in the evening.

I really love 30 day things so I have set myself the challenge of going to a gym class everyday (mornings usually) for august.
Since Im just starting to go back again but I will probably do 30 days of spin in September and change it each month!
