Does anyone else have foods like these?

 

I eat jalapenos out of the jar and don't put a cap on it

 

I also do this with frozen raspberries/mango chunks

Gum
Tea or coffee
Sweeteners or zero cal syrups (mine really are nearly 0 cal)

That's it, I even count my energy drinks

hmmm no food but I allow myself an infinite amount of seasonings and some "zero-calorie" sauces like mustard and vinegar-based hot sauce

Pickles! Around once a week, I'll eat an entire jar of pickles in one sitting instead of having a meal with calories.

Lol I do this too with pickles, jalapenos and sometimes olives

For a while it was chocolate chips out of chocolate chip cookies but now I count those

I have this protein oatmeal in the fridge and i can have a couple spoonfuls of that every day without counting it
