Pickles (even though I know the sodium will make me gain on the scale the next day. I justify it bc I know it will prevent a real binge) and hot sauce (I sometimes eat it by the spoonful...)

coffee, coke zero and sometimes I don´t count blueberries

Do you consider blueberries a safe food? Like, if I snack on them throughout the day (bc I tend to do this and not count them) should I be worried? They don't label them and i get mixed numbers when i look them up.

For me its hot sauce, seasonings and coke zero.

"No thanks, I'm not hungry."

Broth, seasonings, a tiny banana every morning, and my tiny psyllium and pb2 pudding for the day. I try to be forgiving on my counting because I hardly eat anyhow :(

sugar free gum and the splash of milk that goes in my tea (unless i have more than two cups of tea–then i track 4-8 oz because i’m stupid).

i want to commit, restricting is a compromise at this point.

I don't count my coffee flavour syrups, they're like 20 calories for 100ml and the bottles are only 27ml anyways.
I don't count the non-dairy milk in my coffee most days.
Also sauerkraut. I love sauerkraut tbf

black coffee & plain tea are totally free and things like non-starchy veggies and fruits I tend to only loosely count. Doesn't seem to negatively impact my weight loss and keeps me sane. tbh I much rather eat a few handfuls of grapes throughout the day and not count them or just estimate the quantity than go crazy and binge on sweets at night. I also have an easier time replacing higher cal things with lower cal things if I don't count them? Like I'm way more likely to have my burger with dry roasted zucchini rather than sweet potato fries if I let myself just not count the zucc. This is also true with condiments like I'm more likely to use nutritional yeast instead of cheese if I just don't count the nooch or use more vinegar or hot sauce instead of oil if I don't count it (I always count the higher cal condiments tho like mayo but if i subbed with mustard I probably wouldn't count that)

I’m worried bout the calories on them too, but I did hear… that if you are having trouble “going” and don’t want to use Lax - blueberries are your friend (haven’t put that to the test yet)

Yeah consider it safe, I usually stick with 53kcal/100g on blueberries, it doesn´t vary that much to my knowledge, so yea... It´s my candy!

Probably should add - I don´t count it but I don´t eat unlimted amounts off it. Just to clear  :)
