Beginning July 1st I'm going to be attempting a 4681 diet. Hopefully for the entire month... I will be doing a 36 hour water fast before starting day 1 (currently 2 hours into it) to get rid of any water weight and bloating. I haven't quite been full on binging the last few days but I've for sure been overeating... I will be doing daily weigh-ins and updates, according to losertown it should be possible to be at my GW by the end of July, but we'll see what happens. Wish me luck!

(Man looking at my LW just makes me depressed, I can't believe I was really 123.2lbs, only like 6 months ago too, I thought I was fat back then but I've been looking at some old photos and I'm so damn skinny... if I get back there I definitely won't take it for granted again...)
