I got my dream body with the ABC diet last year, but I’m so stupid and now I’m back at 74kg and I’m feeling so fcking depressed.

It’s been so difficult eating healthy with my family, but now that I’m living with my bf I want to stay on diet and reach my gw of 56kg

Idk if it’s possible, but I’m here!

My HW was similar to yours so I feel somehow „connected” to you hahaha.
Your plan has to work.
And it will.
You got this!
Remember to take multivitamin and observe your organism (how it reacts to weightloss etc).
Please be aware that losing weight fast and eating so little can make you anemic and weak. Not trying to discourage, but please remember that when you feel bad, go to drugstore instantly and take supplements like iron etc.

Also a tip: walking is a good way to burn calories and not as exhausting as normal workout would be (your planned intake is low so that would be better for your body).

Totally understand, I binged last month, and gained a lot of weight.
But rn Im 53 , and soo happy
Im sure youre gonna reach ur goal body

Thank you so much for the support! I’m quite used to these types of diet, so I have always vitamins and supplements with me ahha
I’m planning to do some cardio or walk a lot, just to burn something without exaggerating *^*

DAY 1

Calories Consumed : 479 / 500

Breakfast : none

Lunch : White fish & Tomatoes - 208 kcal

Snack : Nesquik Brick - 124 kcal

Dinner : Wurstel & Spinach - 147 kcal

Exercise : none


I’m hungry, but excited to start this diet!

I have been trying 400 maximum calories a day. It hasn't been too difficult since I incorporates my some of my favourite foods in smaller quantities. But once in a while I have to give my metabolism a boost by eating a large meal about once a week.

Average day's food consists of 2 pieces turkey sausage (100 cal), cherries (no more than 15 - 75 cal), one yogurt (80 cal), and something else under 145 calories (usually three chicken potstickers, or a lower calorie Slim-Fast).

This is an interesting plan! I have bought some light snacks and food that I really love, I will eat small portions of them but in this way I surely will have less carving *^*

I’m hungry because I’m stupid ahah I need to eat more veggies, they full the plate and stomach giving few calories .. instead of eating chocolate snacks lol

Sunday, I did eat more than usual:1,550 (!!!) calories, so I tried to cut back even more during the week.

My meals for this past week:

Monday (230 cal)

 10 cal - 1 can Monster Zero
165 cal  -  1/2 pint Halo Top, cookies n' cream
55 cal - 11 Bing cherries

Tuesday (30 cal total)

15 cal - XYience Frostberry Blast
15 cal - 3 Bing cherries

Wednesday (98 cal total)

10 cal - 1 can Monster Zero
  23 cal - 3.5 oz enoki mushrooms
  50 cal - 2  [2 tsp]  servings Marco Polo Ajvar Red Pepper Spread
15 cal - 3 Bing cherries

Thursday

10 cal -  1 Monster Zero
35 cal - 1/2 Dannon yogurt
280 cal - 12 oz. coffee w/ [3 oz?] Rumchata
15 cal - 3 cherries

Friday

10 cal - 1 Monster Zero
50 cal - 1 pc  Bob Evans fully cooked turkey sausage

(Of I get hungry later I plan to have the other 3.5 oz enoki mushrooms with soy sauce).

You’re doing so well! Keep it up I would like to be good as you, but I’m not used anymore to such a restrictive diet. Hopefully this is going to help c: Also, we don’t have Halo Top in my country.. SAD

Don't be so hard on yourself! One cheat day every week or so helps jar your metabolism.
My cheat day usually falls on a Saturday or Sunday.

I am not usually so disciplined, but I am desperate now. I gained so much weight during the pandemic. My place is so small I could not exercise at all, beyond a walk or bicycle ride once in a while (in which I would often get panic attacks since so many people refused to be compliant.)

I googled it and looks yummy, so many flavors *^* I will try my best, but I think that the weekend is the difficult part since I’m often with my family or friends.

I’m desperate too! Last year with 2 ABC round I was so skinny and confident, I bought so many tops ahah and during the winter I ate like a pig, basically gained all back :/

Same, my flat is very little. I only have a folding cyclette to do some cardio or I play Just Dance lol I have society anxiety, so no gym or jogging for me !

Most stores want to switch to the low-carb Halo, which does not taste as good, and has many more calories than the regular type.
There was another brand I had tried of low-calorie ice cream, but it was horrible! So horrible that my brain has blocked the name of it because it was so bad!

I recently got a LegMaster exerciser, and even though it only has a ten minute DVD with it, it seems to be helping. It stretches the muscles enough to make we want to get out and do other things, whereas before I was too sore to do anything.
