Yeah, it’s been a while since I started ^^’
And I think I may need two more months. To be honest, I’m a little tired. But no stop until gw!

DAY 73

Calories Consumed : 453 / 500

Breakfast : none

Lunch : Tteokbokki - 239 kcal

Snack : Banana - 80 kcal

Dinner : Salad & Tuna - 134 kcal

Exercise : 364 kcal burned

The tteokbokki were so delicious! I love spicy food, I would definitely binge with them. Need to stay focus. Anyway, I’m walking a lot during these days. I’m trying to stay more active than usual

Dinner : Tuna Sandwich - 210 kcal

Damn, I’m exhausted. I have to say that I’m feeling more tired, maybe I’m too active. I know that my calories intake is pretty low and I feel it lol

Lunch : Broccoli, Mushrooms & Roasted Pumpkin - 193 kcal

Snack : none

Dinner : Chicken Curry - 320 kcal

Exercise : 378 kcal burned

Terrible headache </3
Spent the day at the mall with my sister. There were so many people, my anxiety was pretty high. Also, she wanted to eat a lot of food: fried chicken wings, italian focaccia with sbriciolona, starbucks and donuts. I literally don’t know how I ended up eating nothing. Everything looked delicious.

Dinner : Mini burgers - 190 kcal

Exercise : none

This week I’m so stressed, I have a lot of work to do and I’m already tired >.<
At this point I don’t see my body different at the mirror, it seems the same. I should start to take measurements again. My only hope is that even if my weight loss is slow, my thighs and waist are getting skinnier.

Breakfast : Choco Barley - 31 kcal

Lunch : Risotto with Truffle - 224 kcal

Snack : Plum - 46 kcal

Dinner : Two Eggs & Zucchini - 156 kcal

Exercise : none

It’s so cold! Probably the malnutrition is not helping. But I love winter, blankets and hot drink. My dog hates low temperature, so she basically lays on my lap all day. She is my favorite heating pad ♡

I’m very disappointed. After all the cardio, steps, little food portions, hunger pains.. that’s the result. I literally don’t know what to think. What else should I do, fasting?
I’m so tired of these tiny steps. I will only lose 2kg this month, wtf.
