DAY 98

Calories Consumed : 488 / 500

Breakfast : none

Lunch : Chocolate Drink Starbucks - 134 kcal

Snack : Biscuits - 208 kcal

Dinner : Roasted Chicken - 146 kcal

Exercise : none

I was so depressed about my weight, since I’m still plateauing from Sunday, but you guys are so sweet with all your lovely messages that you made my day ♡

I can only repeat what others have said. Don't let the small loss discourage you! there are even fasting threads where people plateau for several days on literally 0 cals so don't worry about it. Your body will catch up.

 

Do you take multivitamins or electrolytes btw? I imagine it's hard to keep up your health on such a low intake.

The plateaus are killing me, but I’m very patient so I’ll just continue with the diet and hope for the best. Thanks, sometimes I need a little support ♡

I’m taking vitamins, biotin for hair and magnesium with potassium supplements. Hope that’s enough

Dinner : Salad with Olives & Tomatoes - 121 kcal

I wasn’t able to exercise, my period is aggressive in these days. Still plateauing, I’m wondering when it will end :/

I'm doing the same thing. I had 435 calories today with only 10 minutes of exercise. I plan on exercising more tomorrow. I went from a 17 bmi to a 28 bmi in three years. I am almost obese. I was underweight. I am trying to get down to a healthy bmi by Christmas. My accountability was baked chicken and red skinned mashed potatoes, chicken, broccoli, and cheese sauce, and a Zero Sugar Starbucks Tripleshot Vanilla. I hope to get to a healthier weight by Christmas. I"m not trying to be all over your accountability, though. I should make my own, too. Good luck. You can lose the weight again and so can I!

Life is hard and sometimes the body changes with it. I have always been slightly underweight but I hadn’t an ed back then, I was just very busy and active. Unfortunately something happened, big trauma, depression kicked bad and I became obese. Last year I was back to a normal BMI, but I developed an eating disorder with binge attack, so here I am again trying to fix this.
Feel free to post here whenever you want, we’re fighting for the same thing!

Dinner : Half Pepperoni Pizza - ??kcal

Exercise : none

Hit the 100th diet day and celebrate it binging LOL Basically my bf ordered pizzas and couldn’t resist, I managed to stop btw.
Obv I’m regretting it! This morning I was 62 kg indeed.. at least I broke the plateau ahah just trying to have a positive vibes ~

Can’t believe I’m dieting for so long!
The fact is I love food too much, but I’m relieved that I managed to stop the binge behavior. Thanks, as usual it means a lot ♡

I’m back at 61,60 kg .. the same fucking plateau number from last Sunday! It’s been a week and it’s kinda frustrating <.<

I know this feeling so well but it will be over soon! Your plateau will end, dont give up :* Maybe you can drink some green tea and more water to give your metabolism a little boost / get rid of possible water-weight etc.

Ugh, at least is something.
The pattern is pretty clear, I have a plateau for days then I lose a little amount of fat and the plateau hits again.
