Breakfast : Oswego - 67 kcal

Lunch : Two Eggs - 126 kcal

Snack : Apricot Juice - 105 kcal

Dinner : Melon - 54 kcal

Exercise : none

I’m gonna start doing exercise, mostly cardio, next week. It’s so hot here that it will be so hard to avoid fainting eheh

Snack : Chocolate Cereal - 114 kcal

Dinner : Chicken Burger & Zucchini - 148 kcal

The diet is going well, I’m not so hungry. Just a little scared for the weight, I don’t know if I’m gonna weight myself every Monday morning or Wednesday since I started this on Wednesday >.<

SW : 74,20 kg

WWK1 : 71,05 kg ( - 3,15 kg )

BMI : 27,6 >> 26,4


Didn’t expect such a big weight loss, but I know it’s probably all liquids. However I’m happy about the numbers. I hope to reach my gw at the end of this diet, I’m so proud even if it’s only the first week ahah and there are still 82 days left lol

I'm trying to stick to 500kcal for 6 months too, by my calculations I'll be down to my goal weight then.

Good luck! I’m also doing this for a little more than 3 months, it depends how well I’m gonna stick to it and how much I will burn with workouts or cardio my goal weight is 56 kg

I tried to workout today, but I was too weak due my period. Ugh I guess I just have to wait until Monday >.>

I’m so happy! I’m finally able to exercise, I missed it. I wasn’t sure if cardo or workouts, but in the past cardio is what worked best for me.

I was expecting more, but I know that when I workout my weight stop or slows the loss. I’m so excited, I want to be skinny again!! I must be patient >.<

At this point I’m always less hungry, so it’s kinda easy during the day. The only thing I miss is snacks in bed lol

Good luck!! I'm trying to lose about 20kg in at least 6 months but I've done it before in 3 months. (I was younger and more active though back then!)
I hope we can both get to our goals!! Message me if you ever get stressed out about anything :) I'll try to get back to you

HW: 84kg (BMI 29) - Overweight
SW: 73.5kg (BMI 25) - Overweight
CW: 67kg (BMI 23.2) - Healthy Weight
GW 1: 63kg (BMI 21.8) - Healthy Weight
GW 2: 60kg (BMI 20.8) - Healthy Weight
GW 3: 55kg (BMI 19) - Healthy Weight
GW 4: 50kg (BMI 17) - Underweight
GW 5: 44kg (BMI 15) - Underweight
LW: 40kg (BMI 14) - Underweight
UGW: 39kg (BMI <14) (I just kind of want to say I got into the 30’s but also I know that’s really dangerous!)
UGW 2: 30kg (BMI 10.4) - Underweight (Will never get here, it's too low, I'd die I think, but hm I wish I could say I'd made it to BMI 10, so fucked up)
