** I’m alive **

Well, as you know I should have been in vacation BUT the symptoms are pretty bad and I’ve been hospitalized for some days. Now I’m at home, but I still need to do exams .. so, as you can imagine, I couldn’t stay on diet. Similar situation for my mum, she is very weak.
Mainly, I feel gross and bloated.
In October I have a lot of birthdays and events, but my mental health is not ready.

Tomorrow I want to restart the Week 9, since it was interrupted.

Lasciamo perdere, un 2021 da dimenticare
Sto benino, febbre e mal di testa. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa sono le vertigini, insiemi ai dolori. Hanno detto che ci vorrà un mese o più. Le analisi sono un po’ sballate, ma è normale col Covid.

DAY 57

Calories Consumed : 451 / 500

Breakfast : Herbal Tea - 0 kcal

Lunch : Emmer Salad - 193 kcal

Snack : Plums - 44 kcal kcal

Dinner : Prosciutto & Stracchino - 214 kcal

Exercise : 289 kcal burned

I’m officially back. These weren’t happy days, but the most important thing is that I’m finally here working again on my body. I gained 2kg and it sucks. I’m stressed, depressed and I hate the way I look. I chopped my long bleached hair and now I have a short wolf cut (?) I still don’t know how to style them lol

I’m restarting from Week 9.

I’m glad to restricting again, I missed it. I need to buy some clothes, my wardrobe has XL or S outfit.. nothing in between.
Even if I hate my self, I have to dress nicely to feel confident outside or my social anxiety will be stronger.

I’ll be with my family for the weekend, but I’m going to eat very little. I don’t care if they will be upset or angry, I just can’t ruin again this diet. I changed the name of the thread, since idk how much time I need to lose so much fat. Hopefully I’m skinny for Christmas

I usually hate my parents in law but today they complimented me, they said I lost a lot of weight and that the wolf cut suits me pretty well. Due to Covid, last time I saw them was probably 2 months ago. On the other side, my crazy mum wanted to know my current weight like she didn’t know how much she fed me last weeks. Ugh.

I’m so terrified by my weight. I’m really hoping that I’m losing the 2kg gained .. this week there won’t be an excellent result, but I’m definitely going to be pretty relieved if the weight is near 64kg like before all the mess. Not one step closer to my goal, but neither a ruined September.

My period

Oh well, I was expecting something worse so I guess it’s an okay result. I was 66,60 kg last Wednesday .. I really needed this week to clean my organs from all that fatty food lol
