Im out of a 3 week binge cycle after I tried the skinny girl diet. Im pretty sure, that I have to opt my calorie intake at least a bit, to stop me from bingeing. So I will try to stay put on the HSGD. I will put down measurements every week, to keep myself on track.

Day 0ne 900kcal max

Cw:98kg
Waist:98cm
Height:177cm
GW:70kg
UGW:55kg

Calorie intake today:730kcal
Workout:110kcal
Total: 620kcal

It was a nice day so far, was out with my dog, ate a huge salad with weight watchers dressing (i just need the feeling of being full to the brim), and was also able to clean up my room.
I already have my meal planned for tomorrow and dont have to worry about a lack of motion, because I will work the late shift. Where I have to walk a lot!

today was kind of different. Good, but not ideal.

Its really hard to stay put, when you are surrounded by food.
 

Cw:98kg

Waist:98cm

Height:177cm

GW:70kg

UGW:55kg

 

Calorie intake: 825kcal
Workout:486kcal

Total: 339kcal

 

I know that my kcal total is like 400kcal under what the HSGD allows, though i could not bring myself to eat more.

It feels so wrong. But still I am kinda afraid, that this will end up in a new binge cycle. I will try harder tomorrow.

Hey guys,

 

today hits different once again.
I was so proud of myself for the work I had done. Like, counting every single calorie, being productive at work and overall pretty 

much motivated at work. So much so, that I burnt over 500 kcal today.
 

Kcal today: 900kcal.

 

Cw:98kg

Waist:98cm

Height:177cm

GW:70kg

UGW:55kg

 

Calorie intake: 999kcal
Workout:524kcal

Total: 475kcal

 

I still have to be careful not to binge, because of my low calorie intake in total.
And Im kinda afraid of tomorrow, because I have to work a double shift. and there is always so

much food around. And usually my binges start at a saturday...

I was to tired to post the last two days, due to my working schedule.

But now I will do a recap of the weekend.

 

Saturday/ Day 4: 1000kcal

 

Cw:98kg

Waist:98cm

Height:177cm

GW:70kg

UGW:55kg

 

Calorie intake: 1243kcal

Workout:548kcal

Total: 695kcal

 

Sunday/Day 5:

 

Cw:98kg

Waist:98cm

Height:177cm

GW:70kg

UGW:55kg

 

Calorie intake: 1129kcal

Workout:370kcal

Total: 759kcal

 

I am kinda proud of myself. Eating a huge Breakfast and than working the whole day was just so rewarding.
I was able to function and restrict myself at the same time.

 

The next post will be about my weight and what todays day was about.

Im pretty sure I lost some weight. Not much but its at least a step closer to my UGW :-)

So now is the time I can reply. Finally! My family got very concerned while I was doing the HSGD, they were talking about therapy. I had to make sure, that this would not happen. I will restart eventually. At a save place and time. And than I will post again here.

Hallo guys.

Here is another update.
Im moving out right now, and Im counting calories again. Im eating much more than i should.
At least when it comes to my ED-thinking...
But counting again makes me feels alot safer than every binge in the last months.
It kinda feels like a home. Well at least Im on my way back home .

Currently I try to stay under 1800kcal.
Its more than my comfortable 1400kcal border, but a lot less than my binge kcals wich were around 7000kcal.

I think that Im on a good way. Finally!

Because I gained a lot of weight. 6kgs in the last few months. The number really freaks me out. I cant help it. Im back to sqare one I guess.

But there is also a goal I want to reach in a year.
I want to go to Croatia in September 2022 and I want to look and feel as good as possible.

Im pretty sure, that the next time I will post here again, I will be totally back on track and restart HSGD. Maybe even before Christmas.
