I have to do this. I'm going to do this.

                                                            So here we fucking go

 

Idk what I weigh atm because I got two very completely different numbers in less than 24 hours. (I will weigh today)

 I'm using any means necessary to get out the 130's and then from there I'll have a max intake of 1200 along with a daily 1 hour workout until I hit my goal weight once and for all ( losertown said it will be in September).

 

I 100% have to do this for myself. I deserve to feel comfortable in my body and be able to dress it the way I want.

I deserve to love myself. I deserve to feel okay. I deserve to be happy.

Okay, so I'm going to work out for 2 hours today and try to stay under 1000 cal intake. Today was a shitty day already so I'm just trying not to binge and then I'll start eating lower tomorrow.

Tomorrow I'm starting my 3 day water fast. last time I lost 7 pounds in 3 days so I'm hoping that's how I can get out the 130's.

From there I'll be eating 500 cal a day for a week then I'll start 1200 until I hit 115.

I'm going to also have a punishment system as well.

If I don't work out for an least an hour everyday(on non fast days) - taking a walk during the day with a crop top on

If I binge - Taking a walk during the day, with a crop top on and no music

I start my 3-day water fast tomorrow.

I ate 3 mints and had coffee BUT that's okay. :rolleyes:

As punishment, I have to walk today for at least an hour.

As far as my weight today I'm now at my body's favorite number,136.6 <_<

 I'm fucking triggered.

My mom was like "why are your checks swollen?" I've gained 10 pounds in a week and it all went to my face and thighs.

my face is round asf right now and I'm 100% pissed off and scared.

This 3 day fast might turn into longer if this doesn't get fixed soon.

So some things have changed. turns out I was just badly bloated and I actually only weighed 133.3 yesterday.

Today I'm weighing in at 132.0.

I've decided to not fast because the last time I fasted I lost control. Mentally and physically.

Instead I'll be doing 500 cal + an hour of walking until I'm out of the 130's and then 1200 until my goal weight.

I've gotten back up to 134.8 the last time I weighed myself (binging) :rolleyes:

Yesterday I had less than 1000 cal and took a long 2-hour walk.

Today I'm starting intermittent fasting 16-8 + under 800 + 2 hours of exercise until I'm out the 130's.

If I don't lose on this plan by the end of the week I'm doing a water fast.

I have to get out the 130's this is so annoying :angry:

Intermittent fasting is going well! I'm doing 19(fast) 5(intake time)

Today I had over 800 calls but that's okay because I walked for over 4 hours

I also lost weight again and I'm now at 131.0

HOPEFULLY, I'll be out of the 130's by tomorrow or Saturday.
