no 1 will prob be reading this but im gonna be attempting the abc diet. this will be my second time. i completed it once b4 back in about 2015, and i got to my lowest weight. i posted my b4 and after pix and i wish i still had them, but i freaked out and deleted them. im gonna try to keep track and if i do actually complete this successfully i will post my results. since then m weight has gone up and down. i usually just mono to lose weight, but i feel like i need something thatll get me back to counting calories and being more aware of what i am eating. i do not know my SW as of yet, i am so afraid to weight my self and i do not wanna stress right now. I may attempt to weigh my self in a few. we shall see. but yea i started yesterday so i will just keep track here as i go along.

 

 

 

Day 1 500 calories

 

snack:

~sugar free raspberry vinaigrette dressing = 60 cal

~just like cheddar shreds = 40 cal

*i ate this with about a handful of spring mix, for most veggies like lettuce, celery, tomato's, cucumber i will NOT be counting. to me its just to tedious to track baby shit like that. 

 

 

dinner:

~just like cheddar shreds = 80 cal

~sugar free sweet honey sauce = 10

~chicken scallopini (gardein brand) = 110

~low carb tortilla = 80

~vegenaise = 80

~steamed veggies (carrots, corn, asparagus) with vegan cheese sauce = 50 cal

 

TOTAL: 510

 

Went a tiny bit over. idgaf. i know there will be days i go over and im not gonna stress it. i attached a pic of my plain ass dinner. 4 got to take a pic of my plain ass lunch. i keep forgetting to use this app i have where u take pics to track the food that you are eating. ill try to remember from now on. 

i am feeling rly freakin tired today, like i just wanna go to bed. i need to plan my dinner and get my total calories cuz i kinda want a snack. today will be 500 again. i will post my updates, and hopefully i get the courage to weigh my self  :(

DAY 2 500 calories

 

 

snack

~carrots = 35 cal

~pickles = 5 cal

~hummus = 100 cal

 

dinner

~chicken scallopini = 110 cal

~avocado = 160 cal

~pineapple salsa = 20

~corn = 30 cal

~dairy free sour cream

*i ate this over a salad which was just spring mix, romaine, and some cucumber so i did not count this.

 

 unfortunately i ate like 6 melatonin gummies when i was laying in bed. and then i ate like a few bites of a dark chocolate bar. that shit totaled to be about 100 cal :( but whatever at least i didnt go on a binge

 

TOTAL:

594

 

I weighed my self yesterday and i was at 120.2. last i had weighed my self was on june 10th. and pretty much since then besides a few days i have been eating and drinking whatever the fuck i want. june 10th i was 114.8, so during that time i gained 5.4 lbs. seriously am not gonna beat my self up over it. ive been so depressed this year so far and this is just how it is. hopefully i can lose that and at least a lil more. i am going to be incorporating mono diets on rly low cal days just because it will be easier to just eat 1 thing instead of try to plan 200/150/100 cal meals. let alone 50, fuck that. plus monos work great, at least in my experience. also i am only going to weigh my self every monday. unless maybe i wanna track my loss when im doing monos but i will see. its too stressful right now for me to look at the scale and it just makes me sad. anyways ill post a pic of my meal. today is 300 cals, ill update tomorrowwwwwww.

Day 3 (300 calories)

 

 

Dinner:

~konjac noodles: 5 cal

~broccoli: 30 cal 

~vegan cheese: 80 cal

~vegan meatballs: 180 cal

~parmesan cheese: 10 cal

 

TOTAL: 345 CALORIES

 

yesterday was not bad considering it was only 300 cal. i did fuck up and ate some gummy biotin vitamins, and my melatonin gummies so my actual total went up to 375. again im not pissed its still low as fuck. today will be 400. i havent rly planned what im gonna eat. im thinking either a wrap or a salad. i have to calculate it and im being lazy. tomorrow and sunday i am going to do a mono diet since the count is so low, and im hoping itll like make me lose a lil extra weight. so i will prob weigh my self tomorrow even tho im scared. -_-  i havent rly had too many side effects, and luckily my cravings are not bad (yet). fingers crossed i can get through this without too many mess ups. im going to get a puppy next week, i cant waitttttttttttttttt. and its rly close to this town in maine i love to go to so i know we r gonna stop there and get lunch so im def gonna go over my count but whatever as long as i can be good moving forward then whatever. i have until 9/16 to feel comfortable as im going on vacation then and im freaking out cuz i am so gross and i fucked up so bad all summer. ughhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Day 4 (400 calories)

 

 

Snacks:

 

~Coffee mate creamer powder: 30 cal (estimated, also am not counting coffee if and when i drink it cuz its so low)

~baby carrots: 35 cal

~tzatiki hummus: 2tbsp

~melaton/biotin gummies: 30cal

 

Dinner:

~Chicken scallopini: 110 cal

~avocado: 176 cal

~swiss american cheese: 60

~wasabai mayo: 10 cal

~bacon bits: 34 cal

* i ate this over shredded romaine, some plum tomato, cucumber , and sprinkled some scallions. this was not counted.

TOTAL: 529

 

ew this is the most ive gone over so far. idec honestly. 

today im doing an apple mono, i ate like 4 so far and prob wont rly eat more. oh yeah i weighed my self so i can track my loss with this apple mono diet and i weigh 118.4. at least its something and not maintaining or even worse gaining. that means i lost 1.8 lbs in 3 days. rly rly rly rly rly hoping i can lose like 2 lbs with the mono diet. like 2 months or 3 ago or so i did an apple mono and lost like 4 lbs in 1 day. idk how but damn i was happy. i ate a lot of my gummy vitamins today which usually doesnt effect my monos but its always a risk. not gonna lie im a bit hungry now and know itll get worse as it gets later. might take a xanax just 2 pass out. then do the same shit over tomorrow. ugh this is why monos can suck, and why i usually nvr do the same food for more than 1 day. it gets so fucking boring. but i have so many apples, i have like 8 more which i def wont eat them all.  ill update my weight here some point tomorrow.

DAY 5 (100 CAL)

 

 since yesterday was only 100 cals, i went along with the apple mono. here are my results.

 

 

SW: 118.4

ENDING WEIGHT: 116.2

TOTAL LOSS: 2.2 LBS

 

VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY happy with these results. like i said, i was rly hoping to lose like 2lbs with this. i have like 1.4 lbs to lose b4 i get down to what i was back on 6/10 which was my lowest since i started trying to lose weight in march. i guess i should be happy that i havent gone back up to the 130's (my sw). if i can somehow lose 1.4 by monday, thatll mean it took me only a week to get down to 114. today is day 6, which is 200 cals. gonna try to do another apple

DAY 6 (200 CALORIES)

 

As planned, i did another apple mono. 

 

SW: 116.2

ENDING WEIGHT: 115.6

 

TOTAL LOSS: .6 LBS

 

i was rly hoping to get into the 114's, but maybe somehow i can do that today (doubt it). today is day 7 which is 300 cals. i think my plan is going to be to try and stick to fruits and veggies. they are always the safest to eat after a mono. sundays are always the toughest for me to restrict. we usually make lots of food on sundays, or order out just cuz we hate sundays over here and yummy food and yummy alchy drinks makes it better. anyways ill update tomorrow. have a safe sunday everyoneeeeeeeeeeee.

Lunch:

~peppers:20 cal

~hummus: 100 cal

 

TOTAL:138 cal

 

Dinner:

~Brussel sprouts: 40 cal

~mixed veggies: 60

~tikka masala sauce: 37 cal

~earth balance buttery spread: 80 cal

~Violife cheese shreds: 40

 

TOTAL: 257

 

my snack and dinner came to 394, which means i was 94 calories over my goal. that would be fine but i ended up eating a few bites of peanut butter. that is not fine. idek how many cals worth, maybe about 2tbsp so ill say 200 which means i was at 600. 

today is supposed to be 400, but with my snacks that i already ate and what i will be having for dinner is already at 540. so im gonna switch today and tomorrow since tomorrow was supposed to be 500. tomorrow i will do 400. idk why but i was feeling optimistic all weekend but now that im home and i ate im feeling like im gonna be this size forever. they way i look now compared to my first progress photo seems the fucking same. i also forgot to weight my self this morning and now i am too scared. ill do it tomorrow tho so i can put it on my next progress photo.

~small garden salad (not counting as it was so low cal)

~celery stalk with violife cream cheese: 70 cal

 

DINNER:

~impossile burger: 240c cal

~american cheese: 60 cal

~1/2 tbsp vegenaise: 40 cal

~friend peppers (canned): 25 cal

~1 slice of fiber 1 12 grain sandwich thin

 

TOTAL:495

 

i did mess up and eat some late night peanut butter. i think my period is coming cuz i do this when my period is like 5-7 days away. like wtf. so i did get over by 100-200 cals. i weighed my self and i am 116.4, so i gained .2 since sunday. 

my total loss since i started is 3.8 lbs. i am going to do another apple mono tomorrow since i have apples left. i just wanna get to 114 again. and thjen start working my way down to 110. i need to start exercising my fat ass.

im gonna try to eat a salad, keep it simple. im feeling v gassy and bloated which is another sign my period is coming and i feel absolutely gross. i prob wont weigh my self until monday again cuz im sick of myself. -__-

Just wanna say I LOVE your attitude about not taking going over a hair very seriously, or worrying about a cucumber slice or two being weighed. That gives me hope it's okay to relax a bit too so thanks for that!

omgggggggg this was soooo freakin good. for like as simple as it is, like srsly this is prob my favorite thing i ate so far doing the abc diet. i will def be eating this again.  

i slept like crap last night. i finally controlled my self and did not eat any peanut butter lol. i had a few bites of mango at like 2am. im sure its way less cals than peanut butter. today is supposed to be a fast day. i suck at fasting. i think i completed like 1 fasting day im my life and it was not even on purpose. i will be doing a mono instead. another boring appl mono since i have like 4 apples left. i ate 1 so far. will prob eat 2 for dinner. im so hungry tho. but im gonna try to stick it through. ill update tomorrowwwwwwwwwwww. can this week b over yet?

Yes, I've attempted it a zillion times over the last 18 years and I think furthest I've ever gotten is day 20-something. Can you believe that? I'm most comfortable with the ABC structure however, and try it over and over with good results even if I fail everytime My current new round I'm on day 3 X

yea, ive tried it a bunch of times but only completed it once. but that was because i didnt allow my self to fuck up WITHOUT restarting. i used to make my self restart it everytime i messed up. but i remember reading a while back a girl who was like do not restart just keep going, which helped me complete it. i love the structure as well, i find it rly gets me back into restricting and even just paying attention to what im eating and how much. i wish i started earlier but oh well.

DAY 10 (FAST)

 

 

 

so as i said before i am doing another apple mono. all i ate was my gummy vitamins and an apple. i was hungry at first but after a while i didnt feel like eating any more apples. today is another low cal day, idk what exactly cuz i dont have the abc diet thingy in front of me but i will only be drinking coconut water. ive always lost doing a coco nut water mono. im nervous cuz tomorrow im going to get a new puppyyyyyyyy and i know there will be temptation through out the day. i know i will already go over my count. i was thinking of switching the 800 cal day to tomorrow, but idk. me and my bf are going to this place in maine that we love to get this special pizza, so im going to try and only have like 1 piece and maybe just get a salad.i might have 1 drink too to celebrate since i have been waiting like 7 months to find a puppy. i rly dont wanna stress my self on a day thats meant to be exciting and happy. as long as i can get my shit back together come the weekend. thats usually where i fail.  actually its always where i fail. ill get wasted (i tend to have a binge drinking problem as well) and then eat whatever i want, and then it just snowballs. then ill be hungover and need to drink to feel better and eat shitty food to feel better. not a way to rly live. i havent had a drink now in almost 2 weeks and rly wanna try to be mostly sober until my vacation. not sure if itll happen lol. anyways ill attach a photo of my coco water. i only like the pressed one it tastes sooooooooooooo good!

Ugh so over the weekend I messed up. I knew it was gonna happen but I was fucking hoping come Monday I could get my shit together. I’m gonna resume it today even tho I’m so upset I messed up. today is a fast day which means I’m gonna go a mono. I just wanna sleep I’m so sick of myself!

hey yall,

just wanna post a quick update on how my days have been.

 

DAY 11

150 CALS

i did a coconut water mono, which i did succesfully. after this all hell broke loose :(

 

DAYS 12-16

i messed up on all these days sadly. but i made the decision to just keep going.

 

DAY 17

FASTING DAY

i did a grape mono this day, i think i had some raisins as well and a tiny bite of peanut butter

 

DAY 18

200 CALS

i did a watermelon mono, so all i ate was watermelon, a few hard candies, and my gummy vitamins.

 

DAY 19

100 CALS

i did another watermelon mono. i did one back like 6 years ago and lost a lot of weight so im hoping the same will happen. im so scared to weigh my self so i am not tracking my weight at this time. (sorry)

 

DAY 20

FASTING DAY

i have a fuck ton of watermelon, so once again i am going to attempt a watermelon mono. i know im not really playing by the rules at this point but this is how im rolling. my sister is coming to stay for like 4 nights. i rly am excited because i got a new puppy and she has a dog and we rly want them to meet. plus my sister is preggy and i havent seen her since my bday in june. that being said i am afraid this will make me mess up. i literally have watermelon coming outta my ass that i prob have enough to eat today AND tomorrow. tomorrow is 300 cals tho so i might attempt to just eat extremely lightly so i can feel like i am participating with what everyone else is doing. luckily since my sister is pregnant, she cant drink. we used to get WASTED when she would come visit and party mad hard. then eat like shit. since shes not drinking itll be way easier for me to not drink as well. 

but yea, so there u have it. i feel very guilty about my mess ups and not posting here. gonna try to keep it up. in 10 days i have a dinner party to go to, if i can keep it up for 10 days i should be in ok condition to have that as a cheat day. i already picked out what i am going to order at the restaurant. just a salad and maybe ill get the dressing on the side. i have a freaking concert to go to a week after this dinner party, but since i have work the next day i am hoping i can not go crazy with the drinking. ive never been to a major concert without drinking, but i figure ill save money if i dont keep pounding the drinks and i absolutely cannot call outta work cuz my office mate left for another job and the only person who can fill in for me will be on vacation. 

i will try to update here, since my office room is also a guest room i rly do not want her seeing me come on here cuz i know she will ask what im doing. might just have to update on my phone.
