no 1 will prob be reading this but im gonna be attempting the abc diet. this will be my second time. i completed it once b4 back in about 2015, and i got to my lowest weight. i posted my b4 and after pix and i wish i still had them, but i freaked out and deleted them. im gonna try to keep track and if i do actually complete this successfully i will post my results. since then m weight has gone up and down. i usually just mono to lose weight, but i feel like i need something thatll get me back to counting calories and being more aware of what i am eating. i do not know my SW as of yet, i am so afraid to weight my self and i do not wanna stress right now. I may attempt to weigh my self in a few. we shall see. but yea i started yesterday so i will just keep track here as i go along.
Day 1 500 calories
~sugar free raspberry vinaigrette dressing = 60 cal
~just like cheddar shreds = 40 cal
*i ate this with about a handful of spring mix, for most veggies like lettuce, celery, tomato's, cucumber i will NOT be counting. to me its just to tedious to track baby shit like that.
~just like cheddar shreds = 80 cal
~sugar free sweet honey sauce = 10
~chicken scallopini (gardein brand) = 110
~low carb tortilla = 80
~vegenaise = 80
~steamed veggies (carrots, corn, asparagus) with vegan cheese sauce = 50 cal
Went a tiny bit over. idgaf. i know there will be days i go over and im not gonna stress it. i attached a pic of my plain ass dinner. 4 got to take a pic of my plain ass lunch. i keep forgetting to use this app i have where u take pics to track the food that you are eating. ill try to remember from now on.
i am feeling rly freakin tired today, like i just wanna go to bed. i need to plan my dinner and get my total calories cuz i kinda want a snack. today will be 500 again. i will post my updates, and hopefully i get the courage to weigh my self
