mine are:

 

- no food before 10am 

- max 1200 calories 

- nEED to get at least 10k steps in and also complete rings of apple watch

- eat slowly

- do not eat before meeting up with friends aka on rare social days, only eat around them if have too

 

those are the only ones I can think of atm but there are small things like using certain cutlery etc.

-never reach 800 calories

-no more than one slice of toast daily

- at least 3-4 hours between meals

-no snacking

-lemon water

-at least 1.5 liters of water

-no rice or pasta or fruit

- minimum exercise of 30 minute walking daily
- no food before 10am
- no food after 8pm
- spending $0 - $40 weekly on calories/food of any kind
- no takeaway or restaurants unless social pressure to do so
- no carbs
- eat the undesirable things in my fridge or fast
- I only weight myself after 5 satisfactory days of avoiding certain foods and restricting to my goal (because I want the scale to be accurate and I don't what to freakout seeing my bloat on the scale)

I usually have really many so I decided last week to change my rules to something more doable since I live with my parents. I don’t follow any calorie restrictions, instead I just try to eat as little as possible
1. no snacks ever!

2. eat only when asked/made to

3. Never take more food(aka second or even third helpings)

4. chew food slowly

5. Drink loads of water

6. Avoid sugar, salt and carbs and bloats stuff

7. never talk about food

8. never eat after eight thirty

9. do exercise or atleast be very active

 

these are the ones I can think of.

- don't eat in the PM (b/p city)

- eat sitting down with no distractions

- don't touch your food

- tea at each meal

- if it's too hot do some pacing

- don't finish my meal leave at least one bite two is better 3 is the best number

- if it's a clear broth soup drink it first

- use hot sauce to make me HAVE to drink more water :)

- if the dogs beg for food be nice and give them some

- offer your food to anyone in the room. even if they say no they'll remember what you were eating

- don't eat without a witness

- if i start to get full throw the rest of the food away. no leftovers.

feeling full makes me want to purge so i try to avoid becoming so

* 1200 calorie limit, under 1000 preferred
* Burn at least 500 calories thru exercise
* Never eat at a restaurant alone
* Weigh in every morning
* Count every calorie
* Do 25 squats, 25 wall pushups and 25 prayer pulses every time you use the restroom
* Do 100 crunches a day, 200 preferred
* Always get 60+ grams of protein
* Never suggest getting food
* Never mention calories to anyone
* Stop eating as soon as you feel full
* Take vitamins with the biggest meal of the day

- minimum 900 calories, maximum 1400 
- drink a minimum of 3 large glasses of water per day
- walk at least 40,000 steps per week
- cut my fruit into pieces
- eat in small dessert bowls.
- never drink classic coca-cola
- only one snack in the day 
- if I can, eat half my lunch and save the other half for a snack
- weigh myself every two days.
- count my calories every day (but I allow myself a small margin of error) 
- never put sugar in tea or herbal teas
- the only added sugar allowed is in my coffee in the morning
- no more than one piece of junk food per week. 
- drink before each meal

tbh i'm trying so hard this relapse to not make rules, or to reframe my thinking around rules. "i get to eat vegetables," rather than "i must eat vegetables" etc. idk, maybe it's dumb but it helps me not ~*suffer*~

Actually my rules kind of change on a daily basis. I like to make them every morning in my head and then I typically end up following them. The variety keeps me feeling more in control I guess? Maybe? I have no idea why I do it. Maybe I'm just indecisive.

-I don't eat things that are not my safe foods

-No eating past 6pm

-I am not allowed to look at my body in the mirror or while I am dressing

-If I can not take my time to eat my food, I will not eat at all (a.k.a I will not rush eat)

Mine are pretty relaxed I think,

 

  • Stay under 900
  • Gym at least 3x a week
  • No food after 7pm
  • 17oz of water before breakfast

I also write out my entire next day of food before hand and figure out what I will be allowed to have.

only 2 "meals" per day

 

coffee with some milk and sugar (100 cal) HAS to be first "meal" of the day, and never before 10 am

 

if going out to dinner or lunch with friends, no eating anything else that day

 

only eat from small bowls, never plates

 

only eat using smallest utensils possible

-drink my whole 28oz water bottle before a meal

-take 5 sips of water before I start eating

-take a sip of water every 3 bites

-completely chew each bite before swallowing

-cut my food into small pieces

-if I'm going out to eat with friends/family, I won't eat anything else that day

-weigh myself every morning

-take my measurements every sunday

 

...I didn't realize how many I have until I wrote them all out

I prefer to eat my calories not drink them (only zero calorie drinks.. diet soda and water)

and just stay 1200 calories or lower.

My rules:

Limit calories to 1300 or less daily.

No animal products & limit processed foods.

No added oils.

Big glass of water 15 minutes before a meal.

Drink water & herbal tea between meals.

No snacks, at least 3 hours between meals.

No food after 7pm or before 9am.

Restaurant food must be half bagged or leave half behind,

also choose lower calorie plant based dish.

At least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Weigh & measure myself every morning first thing.

Record all information in my health diary.

-drink a bottle of room temp water in the morning before coffee

-try not to eat before dinner, if I do it's one small thing and it has to be healthy

-walk at least 3 miles everyday

-dinner has to have a veggie, protein, and carb (I struggle with the carb, but I make dinner for my family and they apparently "need" it)

-only one snack at night and has to be healthy
