I've only ever fasted for 42hrs which was awhile ago.

Pointless for me.

I got to my lw eating the same thing everyday, binging every weekend and not exercising.

HW: 140.2lbs
LW: 114.4lbs
CW: 126.1lbs
Height: 5ft
Highest BMI: 27.4
Lowest BMI: 22.4
Current BMI: 24.7

when i would fast, it would only ever be between 24-36 hours or i’d be in an insane amount of pain. i’ve had costochondritis and it is unbearable when i havent put anything in my body. caloric deficits always lead to weight loss so no one has to fast to lose weight.

made this new account because i'm relapsing LMFAO

I'm BMI 12.5 and I have never been a faster.

My LW was about 20 lbs less than what I am now, I have never fasted. When I did drop to my low weight my anxiety was so high I physically couldn't eat even if I had wanted too. 


As far as dropping to the weight I am now from my HW (about a 30 lb difference) I ate strictly under a certain limit. I didn't do heavy exercise but made sure I paid attention to CICO and I drank a lot of water. Thats about it.

Hw: 160

Cw: 130

Cgw: 118
