It’s so hard for me to reach my daily fiber goal. I took a nutrition class where we had to make diets and I couldn’t even figure out how to get enough fiber for that.

And anytime I buy something that says it provides fiber, it’s always a carb filled cereal or fruit or bread. Does anyone know of a way to get in fiber without raising carb intake?

You could try adding psyllium seed husks to things you're already eating. I'm struggling with eating enough fibre too, so that helps me a lot, since they're basically pure fibre.

Almonds, skin-on peanuts, pistachios and hazelnuts are all high in fibre and relatively low in carbs

Whole chickpeas (kabuli, not dal) and broadbeans are very high in fibre relative to carbs

^ ^ yes, fibre is a carbohydrate, but it's a non glycemic carbohydrate, which is why in many countries including mine, fibre is separate from carbs on the nutrition label

Also you know those nature valley protein bars? They're stuffed with chicory fibre

They make psyllium husk capsules that work really well.

IMO nothing beats leafy vegetables: spinach, chard, kale, cabbage etc
