As the title says. Obvs gets harder and harder to lose as your weight declines, so what has made you lose more weight ? Like any extra diet or just low calories , wanna see whatโ€™s worked for ppl

The only thing that worked for me is actually medium/high restricting. You do gain at the start

Iโ€™ve only ever high/medium restricted and wanted to spice it up lol

I'm plateau-ed right now, I'm not underweight but I have a low body fat and it's getting hard for me to lose at the weight I am now (pretty sure it's a natural set point for my body). I eat at maintenance for 3/4 days, and then do a day straight after of super low restriction and that works. I'm currently on day 1 of maintenance right now, feels weird to have eaten so much and feel satisfied. 


H: 5'3

SW: 123lbs // BMI 21.7

CW: 115.1lbs // BMI 20.4

UGW: 107lbs // BMI 19.0

im at a 17.17 bmi rn and im gonna transition to maintnence in these next few weeks bc i dont wanna lose anymore but medium or high restriction basically.
