i did the 2468 diet for about 2 months, and these were my results!
i lost a total of 18 pounds, from 140 lbs- 122 lbs (normal bmi). i felt not to bad during the diet tbh. i was dizzy mostly on 200 days, but other than that i was fine! i exercised lots too, mainly by dancing and taking walks. i also have an active job as well. oh and i also rarley ate breakfast, i just drank coffees in the morning ofc i wouldn't reccomend a diet this low in cals to anyone, but if ur in a pinch to lose weight fast you can give it a shot feel free to ask any questions!
