I often hear sugar and dairy or soya may cause or worsen acne.

But I’m curious what about you people.

In my case, the sugar part is true but when I low restricted with high protein coming from either tofu or dairy I had pefect skin.

cutting out dairy completely made my skin so nice. I used to eat an excessive amount of butter and whole milk, and once I cut it out I stopped producing so many blackheads and oils. I still get them, but I used to have to squeeze them out every week.

 

My face also stopped being really puffy once I reduced my sugar intake. I have a major sweet tooth but I avoid any desserts when restricting and I've noticed that my face stopped being constantly bloated and just fat.

fats (oils in food, greasy food), junk food (pizza) and high carbs damage my skin

Sugar definitely is the one that makes the most noticeable difference in my skin. It always makes me break out.

Salt makes my face puffy. The same goes for gluten.

Oils, BUTTER, so fats in general make my face so greasy and gross (too bad I can't stop binging on foods that are primarily fat)

Soy. I do fine with everything else but enough soy and the breakouts are really bad.
