Hi everyone!

I did this diet for 6 weeks pre COVID, and I was really successful with it, but I gained quite a bit over the last year and a half. I tried to do the ABC diet, but failed. I find it easier to obtain from things when I know that I can have them a few days after (on the next 800 day)

Therefore, I’m starting the 2468 diet on Sunday August 1st, and I would love for people to join me.
I’m planning on dieting at least all of august (maybe longer).

Every day I will post my calorie intake and my weight.
And I will post a pic documenting my progress every Sunday.

Feel free to join me any day. (I would love if people could line up the calorie intake, this way everybody is on the same page). Obviously no one is required to take pix.

Pre Diet Stats:
163cm (5’4)
57.2 kg (125.8 lbs)

hey i'd love to join? i did 30 days before and lost about 9 lbs. i like 2468 for the same reason, knowing that if youre patient that 800 day is just around the corner. abc is just...torture. this is way better although still difficult.

awesome we look similar. we also have the same ugw, around bmi 18. how much do you hope to lose this month? according to losertown i should lose about 10 lbs this month which was accurate the last time.

last time i did it for almost a month and I lost about 10 lbs as well. This time I hope I can get rid of 15 lbs (that's why I will probably diet a bit longer than just August.

ahh i could reach my ugw if i kept going through most of september. (same for you i think?) was thinking of switching to SGD or something in september so my brain can function for classes. last time i did 2468 i didn't go to school or anything and slept a lot so it was easier energy wise.

Yeah I think I can reach my UGW in September as well. Fingers crossed. 

 

I went to school last time I did it, and exam days were definitely rough. So switching to SGD is probably a good idea.

Day 1 - 200 kcal

Calorie Intake:

1/3 banana - 30 kcal
Miso soup - 35 kcal
Heineken - 145 kcal

Total: 215 kcal

First day was pretty easy since I was kinda busy today. Definitely looking forward to eat more food tomorrow though.

Day 2 - 400 kcal 

 

Calorie intake:

 

Vegan Protein Shake - 110 kcal

2 Miso soups - 70 kcal 

 

Spinach - 60 kcal 
Vegetable Soup - 30 kcal 

Sugarfree gum - 5 kcal

Almonds - 25 kcal 

 

Total: 300 kcal 

 

I'm a little low on calories right now, so I might eat a banana in a little bit. Earlier i put some almonds in my mouth, chewed them once, and spit them out. Still counted half of the calories. I'm weak, but at least I spit them out. I had a ton of running around to do today in the heat, so I didn't really even get hungry. On top of that I'm feeling a little antsy because I doubled my dose of Bronkaid. Not sure if that's gonna help, but worth a shot.

I gained weight! I think I had too much sodium. My face looks super puffy. I'm really hoping that I'll be under 56 kg tomorrow morning.

atleast w this diet u know it's never 'real' weight. although it sucks seeing the same/higher number when you're literally starving

I didn't really lose weight for a few days, and then usually the day after 200 kcal day, I lost a few pounds all at once. It's just discouraging, but I know what to expect. How are you feeling? White Claw - 340 kcal

Vegetable Broth - 15 kcal 

Strawberries - 40 kcal

Teaspoon Peanut Butter - 31 kcal

 

Total: 593 kcal 

 

reading through this, I feel kinda bad about the high amount of liquid calories I had today. 

I'm really looking forward to have 800 kcal tomorrow. I think I'm gonna have some sushi.

right, those days where u lose a few pounds at once give u such a rush that makes it worth it. i found after like 2 weeks things start speeding up. i just feel glad to be out of a b/p cycle tbh.
