miscalculated slightly ill just make up for it tomorrow

 

don't even worry about it. Just do 100 squats and you easily got rid of the extra calories. Thats usually what I do.

Day 4 - 800 kcal 

 

Calorie intake:

 

Cabernet - 366 kcal

Sushi - 270 kcal

Bacardi Diet Coke - 101 kcal

 

Total: 737 kcal 

 

Holy crap I'm bad. I cannot believe I wasted my 800 kcal day on partying... Well my bestie was feeling bad.  Who am I kidding. Whatever. i did have a good day, but tomorrow is going to be miserable. I got it though. I am actually really proud that did not get discouraged the last few days when I gained weight without eating much.

I'm kinda hungry today. Guess that happens if you use your 800 kcal day for drinks. lol

Not really. It was just one of these days. First My bathroom mirror fell and woke me up. Nothing worked out at work, and my coworkers made stuff worse, so I had more work to do. My boyfriend was bitchy and tried to argue. I prepared something for work, and a part broke, so I have to replace it over the weekend. Not sure how and where, but it has to be fixed Monday before work. And then bestie canceled because her boyfriend was needy… and so on. It was just one of those days. Nothing really bad happened, but nothing worked out in my favor. Just a bunch of crap.
And not really eating doesn’t help. Honestly, I was a little bad today. I really wanted to eat, so I just some veggies and fruit, and I definitely had more than 400 kcal, but I was scared I would raid the pantry if I do t eat, so I kinda did damage control.

I know I’m quite a bit over, but I want to be truthful. I wish I didn’t snack on all the fruit, but I’m weak, so I did.

right, u don't need hunger on top of that. your strategy is better than mine, i went grocery shopping and when i felt like going over the 400 limit i immediately started looking at really high cal foods.. like if im gonna go over i might as well fuck it all up and b/p for days. i'll just have the extra 94 as well today, in solidarity but also bc im starving lol

I'm so sorry. I left my phone at work on friday, and my work is closed over the weekend. I'm posting this right now from my laptop, but I didn't want to post in front of my boyfriend on the weekend. I really appreciate you reminding me to post. Love the support <3

 

so the update for the weekend.

 

 

SW: 56.6 kg (124.5 lbs)
CW: 55.1 kg (121.2 lbs)

Day 7 - 600 kcal 

Calorie intake:
 
Shrimp with broccoli - 480 kcal 
Fortune cookie - 107 kcal

Total: 587 kcal 

Day 8 - 800 kcal
 
Calorie intake:
 
BBQ Ribs and Brisket - 470 kcal 
Cole Slaw - 177 kcal 
Beer - 180 kcal 
 
Total: 820 kcal 
 
I feel like I ate way too much over the weekend, but I stayed pretty good in my calorie range. Kinda happy to have the 200 kcal day today, and to drop some weight. I hope that I'm under 120 by wednesday. 
I'm in San Diego, California, So I'm in Pacific Standard Time Zone. How about you?

did you b/p? I feel like it often top. And I do it often. Whenever I b/p I usually gain weight. I guess I think it is ok that I eat more if I throw it up right after, but I assume I don't do a good enough job getting it all out.
