I feel like I ate way too much over the weekend, but I stayed pretty good in my calorie range. Kinda happy to have the 200 kcal day today, and to drop some weight. I hope that I'm under 120 by wednesday. 

I'm in San Diego, California, So I'm in Pacific Standard Time Zone. How about you?

and yep..i did b/p today. after 2 weeks clean. an awful day. but i didn't get that 'high' from neither binging or purging. no stress relief, nothing.

i woke up today at the lowest weight i've been since i was like 12, yet i did this shit. lost about 11 lbs in 9 days yet i performed this dumb bitch move. still REALLY wanna continue and leave this error as a lesson. if i've gained i'll try to compensate for it in some way.

 

edit; i actually lost weight afterwards. god has forgiven me ;_;

I'm proud of you for continuing. Sometimes I fuck up as well, and I think it is really important to just get back on track after. Just take it one day at a time. 

You are doing spectacular, so don't worry about eating not perfectly one day.

Calorie intake:

Vegan Protein Shake - 110 kcal
Miso Soup - 35 kcal
Nori - 40 kcal

Total: 185 kcal

I feel really bloated today. Hopefully that is gonna be gone by tomorrow.

thanks!! i got too caught up in completing every day perfectly. what counts is the end result.

I’m slowly getting irritated. I’m just not losing weight. I know I’m a day or two I’ll drop like 4 pounds in a day, but it’s just annoying to not see any results for so long.

Hi! I really want to try this diet, but I have a few questions. What are some extremely low, or basically 0 calorie foods that are not commonly discussed. I know pickles and celery are good, along with a lot of fruit. I’m just looking for more creative options before I try the diet.

Hi,
I think the best low calorie foods are vegetables. For example:
100 g spinach = 23 kcal
100 g cucumber = 15 kcal
100 g mushrooms = 26 kcal
100 g asparagus = 22 kcal
100 g squash = 19 kcal
Here are some examples of really low calorie dishes made with zucchini noodles:

You can always try the diet for a round (4 days), and see if you like it.

Vegan Protein Shake - 110 kcal
Banana - 90 kcal
Spinach soup - 145 kcal
Cookies - 150 kcal
Tomato salad - 95 kcal

Total: 590 kcal

I feel like I’m losing weight way too slow, but when I’m looking at my losertown sheet I’m doing perfect. I guess I’m just impatient. I’m feeling good though, and Im definitely sticking to it for probably a bit longer than just august. According to losertown, I will reach my UGW by the end of September if I average 500 kcal a day (which 2468 is).

Squash - 50 kcal
Sugar free gum - 5 kcal

Total: 795 kcal

Took some laxatives because I had really bad stomach cramps in the morning. I think I are too much meat the last weekend. Feeling much better now. Tomorrow is gonna be difficult because I’m gonna go out with my girls friends.
My birthday is on Monday, and I want to be under 54, so I might fast for a day this weekend.

I'm back in the 120s woohoo. FML. I ended up going out yesterday, so I added calories, and it sucked. I was the fat, ugly friend. Not a good feeling. 

I felt good in the morning when I saw that I lost weight, but when I was putting on clothes, I felt like I haven't lost weight. Everything is still too tight, and I cannot zip up most of my clothes. So, no I don't see a difference at all. My fiancé sees a difference. I don't. I feel like I look the same as when I was 15 lbs heavier. 

Usually I like how I look when I'm 53 and under, but I'm just slightly heavier, so I should like how I look like, but I really don't.

do you use a measuring tape? my weight is stalling right now but the measurements are smaller.. it's another way to see that you're actually losing. do your clothes zip up properly when you're at 53 kg or below?

I actually haven’t used a measuring tape in forever. I probably should.
Yeah my clothes usually zip up well when I’m 53. I actually broke the zippers of 4 dresses and a romper during the last few months
