SW: 56.6 kg (124.5 lbs)
CW: 54.5 kg (119.9 lbs)

Day 15 - 600 kcal

Calorie intake:

4 white claws - 400 kcal
Red plum - 70 kcal
Blackberries - 40 kcal
Broccolini - 110 kcal

Total: 620 kcal

Tomorrow is my birthday, so I’ll be eating and drinking too much. I’m really sorry, but I’ll be back at it on Tuesday with 200 kcal.
Again I’m sorry for cheating.

cw: 56.8 kg/125.2 lbs
(450) eggs
(96) chicken
(45) crispbread

cw: 57 kg/125.6 lbs
b/p and a failed one at that. i feel clueless as i b/p the same even if i eat 400 cals a day or 2000. it's mostly emotional. hated myself for it and went for a long ass walk and got some perspective, thought about the progress ive made n tried to be positive. my classes start in 1 week and i want to reach 56 kg within then. according to losertown ive lost all i should lose for this month, but that can't be right. setting the goal for 55-56kg.

I feel you. Don't worry. You are doing great, and I'm sure you will reach 56 kg in time.

 

I tried to update my body photos, but it didn't work. I'm gonna try later again.

1/2 banana - 45 kcal 

Total: 195 kcal 
 

I'm happy I'm back at it, even if today was a bit rough. Definitely partied a bit much this weekend, and I feel like I have to concentrate more on this. I'm half a pound off my losertown prediction (which I'm OK with for now).

So I decided to do 2 200 days, and then go back to 2468. 

Maybe that will get me back on track.
