I have technically started this diet yesterday (Monday). The reason I have increased the calories is due to the health issues that arise whenever I restrict too low, and generally the fact that I end up abandoning the diet and binge because it's too restrictive/I'm too weak. I'm hoping this variation is successful and still allows me to 'have a life', while still being reasonably challenging, but not overly so.
So it's pretty simple, instead of doing rolling 200/400/600/800cals, I'm doing rolling 600/800/1000cals.
My initial goal is to do this for the next 4 weeks, then take a week long break (where I aim to maintain) since I have a trip coming up. After the trip, I will reassess my goals and might continue for another 4 weeks, possibly even 6 or 8.
My height is 5'2/157cm.
