I'm going through a lot of stress so I'm hoping this will distract me.

For some reason I had no appetite yesterday and felt weak, to make myself eat I had some yogurts and rice with quorn. I definitely went over my calories and I didn't even weigh it.

To make up for it I only had a coffee with soya milk and some laxative sweets today. Around 300-350 kcal. I hope to start eating healthy from tomorrow.
