So I started 2468 on August 1st, and I did OK, but then my birthday came, and I was cheating for the weekend, which I'm fine with, but then my diet buddy disappeared, and I realized I'm weak and need support. Its just so much better to do with someone. I'm gonna start 2468 tomorrow morning, but I don't mind if someone stars later. LETS DO THIS!!!

Hmmmm......I have been wanting to try this because I heard it maintains or even increases your metabolic rate. But with my sporadic schedule, I'm afraid I couldn't be as consistent as I'd like. I would probably need to prep before hand. Do you prepare your meals for the days?

I'm looking into some low calorie recipes and planning out my meals for the week. I'll probably be making a grocery run this Saturday

I'll just start with you on Monday. I think it's easier if we start on the same day. And I'm going to a festival on friday and saturday, so I probably will have a few drinks there.

On 200 kcal days I usually eat just vegetables

on 400 kcal days I add some fruit and oatmeal or some lean protein

on 600 kcal days I usually eat a salad for lunch (no oil, no nuts,...) and for dinner I usually have some fish or Tofu with vegetables and a little bit of carbs

on 800 kcal days I don't eat all day, and in the evening I eat what I have been missing the days before. (It's silly. I know.)

 

Sometimes, when I feel like it's hard to stick to the diet, I prepare a vegetable soup (it's about 56 kcal per bowl, so when I'm hungry I have the soup. It's pretty filling, but very low calories.).

Calorie intake:

Nectarine: 63 kcal

Veggie Soup: 112 kcal

 

Total: 185 kcal

 

Today was my first day, after pigging out quite a bit over the weekend, so I am hoping to lose quite a bit of weight this week. Hope everyone else is doing good!

Total: 366 kcal

Had drinks today, so I barely ate. Probably gonna get some sushi tomorrow. Can’t wait.

4 Keebler Club crackers - 70 cals
A cup of cashews- 160 cals
A small bowl about 1.5 cups of spaghetti with a dash of shredded cheddar cheese- ??

Total- ~450 cals? But also less because I did a lot of walking and lifting.

I don't know how much the spaghetti was but I was very active for half of the day so hopefully it wasn't much.

1 Swanson bone broth- 45 cals

1 Salad (*broken down)- 242 cals
*1.5 cup iceberg lettuce- 15 cals
*4 baby tomatoes- 12 cals
*1 tbs cranberry/pecan topping- 45 cals
*4 olives- 25 cals
*1/16 cup of shredded cheese- 55 cals
*1 tbs shredded bacon- 30 cals
*1 tbs tzaziki dip- 15 cals
*.5 tbs Italian dressing- 45 cals

Total- 287 cals

I will update any changes since there is still some day left but I definitely plan to burn some of this off.

Don’t feel guilty! Work it off. Do 10 squats, or 20 sit-ups, or walk for 10 min.

Thats not true at all! I had a really hard time yesterday too. I had a mini binge on popcorn last night and absolutely hated myself for it. I also couldn't even purge because it was too late. I couldn't figure out exact calories but from where I started off, I probably ended up around the same calorie intake as you. So you are not alone. And we didn't really go that much over and we can work it off today right?

Day 3-

I'm so annoyed because a family member decided we just had to get McDonald's and only got fries. I felt that guilt all day. The worst part is I didn't even like them I just hadn't had anything all day....I'm sure I burned a lot of it off walking and moving at work for 12 hours.

2 medium McDonald's fries- 640 cals
3 raspberries- <10 cals
3 Frank's RedHot chicken bites- <= 150 cals

Total- 800 cals
