Day 4-

1 banana- 105 cals
1 McDonald's cheeseburger (*no bun or condiments)- 140 cals
1 McDonald's hamburger (*no bun or condiments)- 90 cals

Total- 305

Don't judge me on the fast food, it's not by choice lol. This is probably it because I am exhausted from the day.

Oops, I forgot to post here yesterday. I went slightly over the 200 anyways because I couldn't get out of eating lunch with my family. I'm eating slightly less toady because of that. Anyways,
 
Calories:
Multivitamin gummy 15
Banana 90
baked chips 120
Skinny noodles 9
Veggi egg roll skillet 84
 
Total: 318


I just looked up the skinny noodles and I'd like to try these. What do you eat them with? Do you make a whole dish out of it?

In this case I just had them with some cholula which is 0 calories. A single serving is actually 4.5 calories and I'm planning on having them with soy sauce later so that would be 14.5 calories

1 digestive muesli 55

Kale salad 89

Stuffed pepper 151

 

Total: 400

 

I hit exactly 400 calories today! I'm so exited!

Day 5-

Starting to realize how tedious calorie counting is. I nibbled a lot of things today but was too scared to take a full bite. Unfortunately that means my calorie count won't be accurate. The shittiest part is I don't even like the taste or eat these things so I have no idea why I even put them in my mouth....I guess because they were just there???

Anyway, I always calculate at worst case scenario. I think I need to plan better my 200 and 400 cal days.

Things I nibbled-
A glazed doughnut
Turkey lunch meat
A hash brown
Pie crust


Things I ate-
10 Pringles
A bowl of mixed fruit, mostly berries- 100-200?
1 scrambled egg with a tbs of sprinkled cheese- ~100 cals
8 jumbo shrimp- 94 cals
3 chicken nuggets- 138 cals


Total- 532 cals at worst

Day 6-

I'm calling it for today already. I had my ethnic food and we definitely don't have calorie scores for that.

I'll try to do a longer than usual run today if I have time.

Day 7-

Pizza slices (didn't eat crust)- ~430 cals
1.5 cups of collard greens- 75 cals

Total- 505 cals

Walked for 45 minutes- -100-150 call.

*~Total- 405 to 355 cals.

Small salad with .5 tbs cranberries and pecans- 25 cals
Apple slices- 15 cals
Beef patty- 100 cals
1.5 cup collard greens- 150 cals

Total- 290 cals
