with school starting up, i thought it'd nice to attempt to do this again.
this time, i'll be sticking to the 1 month version & see how i feel after
-wards then proceed to do the next 2 months in the 3 month long
version. a new term means i need new routines. since i am commuting,
restriction is not limited to (thankfully) what the school is serving daily.
however, a new term means stress from coursework + pressure to do
well in school. with such high academic self standards, i am a huge
procrastinator + one way i avoid doing work is eating myself to the point
where i feel so sick that i won't do the work.
summer's been a nice break from low restricting. i have created a better
relationship with food, but my weight loss has been nonexistent as i have
been maintaining more or less at 135 lbs the whole summer. this weight
is normal and healthy from my height and age but part of me still wants
to be skinny, even if it is not by the healthiest of means. ♡
