Well hello everyone
In 6 week i fly to Florida and i really need to lose weight (i have a weeding)
my plan is to eat 600 (800 max) and walk as much as I can, i have a pretty busy job (I work at a bakery) so my TDEE is 1,800 c.
I want to lose 8 kg or at least 6 kg.
idk if i will write everything here, but i will come back each week to write the progress so far :)
*I want to stop consuming sugar, and packaged foods like crackers, cereals. (my skin is breaking a lot bc of it) they're so high in calories for the small amount.
*menu: i want to eat clean (well, that's the goal), salads/veggies, protein, less carbs/fat.
*Workouts: the easiest is to walk A LOT, 10k is the main goal.
some workout videos from Youtube, pinterest idk. i want to focus on ... well everything, legs, ab, arms. but the main focus is walking.
