Around 15gr net carbs at the moment during the week. This accounts for what's in leafy greens, eggs, broth concentrate, and lao gan ma chili oil products.

In semi recovery, doing my best, harm reduction, reverse dieting, keeping weight stable in the healthy bmi range.

Don't feel bad. Everyone has their own carbohydrate threshold and their own preferences.

Get some keto sticks so you can measure if you're in ketosis.

Everyone's body is different. Some people can get into ketosis in a few days on 50g of carbs.

Others have to drop to 20g. That's why you have to experiment with it. If you find higher carbs is taking you too long.

Drop your carbs, up your fat and up your exercise. Idk this is just what I learned on YouTube hahaha. I am NO expert and you do not have to use my advice

whatso ever. I am NOT a diet expert by ANY means.

20g is working pretty well for me and for now I don't see any reason to raise the amount.

Have you found a good one? Currently cycling down my carbs the next week and I‘m so scared of the keto flu

Don´t stop until you´re proud!

Not a supplement but Zipfizz actually! It has most of the electrolytes you lose with a low carb diet.

Can anyone give an example of a low carb vegetarian diet? Finding it difficult to get one to follow as most foods consumed are fruit and veg which are high in carbs. (I eat some fish and chicken breast)

I dont count carbs, but I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, high fat cheese, low fat meat, low cal yogurt, eggs and low calorie carbs sparingly like veggie straws and crispy minis. I also eat oatmeal once in a while, or small amounts of cereal. When I get dizzy or too hungry to sleep, triscuits with meat and cheese, with olive oil or mustard really hits the spot. I require less and less of that as I lose more weight and I eat less food. Except pms and starting my period. My body tells me to EAT and I have to obey or I get really pissy. At least the foods have gotten a lot healthier over time, and the portions smaller.

I usually do ~25 grams, max 40 if I really crave sweets that day since I'm scared that anything over that will kick me out of ketosis.
