So I’m starting the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet today, alongside Intermittent Fasting and I thought I’d track my progress here.

I’ve been doing 20/4 IF for the past week or so and it’s been working out pretty well so I’m going to try to stick to that, some days might be different but I’m hoping to do IF the whole time.

I’m planning on counting fruit & veg calories even though I don’t have to, but if I go over my calories with fruit/veggies it’s not the end of the world. I’m also planning on my calorie limit being intake rather than net but similarly if it does end up being net calories one day that’s cool.

Basically I’m not being super strict with my rules but I’m hoping to follow both the HSGD & IF every day either way!

My starting weight today is 171.1lbs

calories: 977/900 intake, 548/900 net
IF: 18 hours 30 mins

would rather have not used the calories I burned but my net was still way under yesterday’s goal so it’s all good! walked a lot yesterday and my muscles are feeling it lol

maintain from yesterday

-2lbs from start of HSGD

I assume I’ve maintained because I walked so much yesterday and drank a lot more water than normal, or because I weighed in earlier than usual, but I’m not mad either way, it’ll come off soon I’m sure.

first day not hitting the minimum for IF unfortunately. some of my calories today included takeaway too, so I won’t be weighing myself on day six

so quick week one thoughts, my weight has fluctuated a bit which I think is because I was way less active at the end of the week. I’m mad I gained today but 3.8lbs in a week isn’t too bad I guess.
let’s see how week two goes!

-2.8lbs from start of HSGD

to be expected after yesterday’s binge, hoping it comes off ASAP. seeing that I’m only 2.8lbs down so far feels awful.

glad most of monday’s binge is gone, tmi but I haven’t pooped in like 4 days so I’m hoping when I do I get down past this little fluctuation I’m having
