Notes: OMG!! I'm finallly in the 140's!! This is the smallest I've having my son 😁 I can't lie, I'm not as excited as I thought I would be. Maybe because it's 5 in the morning and I'm tired from the gym this week. Or maybe it's because I still have 24 pounds to reach my normal weight goal...

I think I'm going to start this over but with the HSGD instead. I work out a lot and low cal restrictions keep sending me into a b/p cycle. I'd like to go a day without a b/p session starting today. Hopefully my vape gets here soon so I can relax.

Notes: Another b/p last night. I'm down from 3-4 a day to 2, so I guess that's progress. I feel like I'm all over the place, like I can't clear my head. Thankfully my vape came in last night bc my husband is starting to comment on how much time I'm spending in the bathroom lately. My goal is to go today with only one b/p.

Notes: yesterday I didn't b/p at all! I'm really happy about that. Vaping really helped keep me from any unscheduled eating. I did wake up in the middle of the night, and it was hard to go back to sleep...thanks insomnia
