I started at
94kg/207.2lbs 22/Sept/21

Now I am
90.4kg/199.2lbs 15/Oct/21
BMI 31.3

I am down
3.6kg / 8lbs in 22 days.
Was up and down but that's where I'm at today

71.3kg /157.2 is the goal so 19kg / 42lbs to go!

i want to lose 50 pds by new years hopefully! I want to do a liquid fasting + OMAD until i'm there.  I've been doing high res + exercise and have only lose 6 pounds since oct 1 so hopefully this will speed it up QAQ i'll update at some point

94kg/207.2lbs 22/Sept/21

Now I am
90.4kg/199.2lbs 15/Oct/21
BMI 31.3

I am down
3.6kg / 8lbs in 22 days.
Was up and down but that's where I'm at today

71.3kg /157.2 is the goal so 19kg / 42lbs to go!

I am currently 280 lbs at 5'8. My goal is to lose at least 50 lbs by December. I plan on drinking protein shakes and having two small meals per day. Anyone else with similar goals?


Hey! I'm 5'8" and I started at 320 pounds. I lost 100 pounds in 6 months. Then had a bad life event and gained back 35 pounds. I went back up to 255. I want to lose 40-50 pounds by November 29, as I will be leaving for vacation to Mexico for 3 weeks. I would love to be accountability buddies!

I would like to join in on this challenge. I don’t think I could lose 50lbs by December but I will definitely try.
Current weight is 233lbs so 183 is my goal for December !!

I'm fighting a setpoint range  of 195-200. I've lost 275 pounds, some from diet, first 90 from diet, and the rest after gastric bypass. I've been 195-200 since June. I see 194 and then the next week I'm starving till I get back to 199-200. It is super frustrating. I'm on my way back down, having hit 199.8, and now my appetite barely exists. It is so weird.  I'd love to see 125. I do have about 25 pounds of skin, so my goal is to lose another 50 punds. I see the plastic surgeon for skin removal in a couple weeks for the first consult. No idea how long it will take to get approved or to get scheduled for surgery, but hopefully in a couple of months I'll be on the table for removal of skin.  

 

I want to get as much off as I can so that my skin doesn't sag again after going through the skin removal. I'm 100 percent certain that my skin after the last 50 pounds won't merit "medical necessity" and I'll be stuck with it the rest of my life.  I'm almost 50, so my skin isn't llikely to just bounce back on it's own. At all, lol.

 

So.....I'm setting a 25# goal for New Year's Eve. I have no idea if I can do it or not.  After having so little succes the last few months, I am super frustrated. I'd love to hear healthy ways people are using to lose. I did well with keto, but it is just not doing it's magic anymore. Right now, I'm sedentary, so I started doing 10 minutes of resistance band exercises a day this week, am drinking 2 quarts of water a day, and am adding a pound of vegetables a day.

Started yesterday at 196 lbs / 89 kg


H: 5'4" CW: 189 GW1: 176 GW2: 165 GW3: 154 GW4: 149 GW5: 143 GW6: 136 GW7: 130 GW8: 125

 

Starting again here now. Addicted to binging and laxatives.

Back in 2012 I reached my highest weight ever... 250 lbs. Got down to 210 within six weeks.
After that I lost steadily until 2014 came around and I got back into the 200.

Started working as a waitress and distanced myself from my kryptonite aka my family, specifically my father in the last quarter of 2015. By November I was down to 187, December was my new lowest at 165. Got in a better place mentally and weigth stabilized. At the end of 2016 I hit a new low at 155, but gaine back 10lbs by October 2017. I became obssesive with my weight again, my surroundings were falling apart again but I tried to pull it togheter. I started to take my thyroid issues serious again, got into IF and found out about laxatives since I was never able to purge. By April I was down to 140, abusing my Thyroid meds and now addicted to laxatives. My mom died in June 2018, which was the restart of my mental and physical downward spiral. Gained slowly, arrived at 170, got down to 154 and then exploded. Here I am now at 189. Lost. Trying to teach myself to purge, regulating my thyroid meds (no double doses anymore, since that made me gain even more) and really trying to control the laxative problem. I really need a headstart. Something that gets me down fast at least to 165.
