Okay, so I’ve been debating on making an IG or a snap for this. But I’ll feel more motivated doing it. Also I’ve made a ton of things lately under 300 cals that are filling and play with the ED side of my brain (making me feel like I’m indulging, but I’m actually not) but in reality it’s cool. So everyone has different ideas on restriction, what is appropriate and what isn’t. However, most of us agree on meals under a certain level of cals. I will post pics/ what’s in it & how many cals are in it. I do mostly organic/low or no carbs/ low or no sugar meals. I am also open to low cal meal suggestions.

For now, the ig is WhatWill_I_eat, if I make a snap then I’ll add that.

Also, please let me know if you think a snap or ig is better?
And for ig, should I just post on my stories or actual posts?

Also, because I was asked this before 2013 isn’t the year I was born. It was the year I rejoined the community. (I should make a new one that says 2021).

Following because I need help making low cal food rather than eating one lean cuisine lmao. I feel like I could be getting so much more for 5-600 calls than a lean cuisine and a piece of fruit or something
