I eat 90% carbs but still lose weight due to a calorie deficit and after eating carbs I may get some energy but then I lose it all

Yes specifically refined carbs (white bread, white rice, pasta).
They cause a spike in your blood sugar and then you crash.

tbh i feel way more tired on low-carb than on high-carb


SW: 72 kg = 159 lbs       CW: 59.2 kg = 130.5 lbs       UGW: 45 kg = 99 lbs

 

Feet together, thighs apart. 

The collarbones are where we start. 

Count the ribs and feel the hips, 

That's what makes us skinny, bitch.

I feel tired almost after anything I eat unless it’s something very small but I haven’t worked out why

Yes. Tired and bloated. I always feel much better on a low carb diet.

Yes. I feel full of energy on low carb and like shit on high carb... and I have to eat a 6 week high gluten diet so I can do an antibodies blood test to see if I have coeliacs. I have no idea how I'm going to survive.

Honestly helps me last through out the day. I’ll eat a piece of bread and I can go on for hours xD.

Y E S but that is because I produce too much insulin which makes my blood sugar plummet as a side effect of pcos

Food in general makes me tired, gastroparesis.(slow digestion thanks to anorexia)
Hw-165lbs lw-80lbs cw-144.2 lbs gw-105lbs when I was 17 years old hw- was 210 but I was just giving info on hw for this time around.

I’m always tired and live off chocolate and gummy candy and other snacks (apart from cottage cheese, fat free yogurt and tomatoes and cucumber here and there) so I guess so lmao

Yes thats one reason i still to lower carb. Also i get tieed after eating in general because of slow digestion. Then of course depression i just stay tired.
