I walked for 3 hours and 45 minutes today (tracked using my phone), the rest of the day I did my usual daily activities around the house during which I did not have my phone on me

I found this calculator that claims to be accurate and put in my stats: 21, 5'2", 83 lbs, female, 2.5mph pace

https://keisan.casio...stem/1350891527

I added the walking calories it gave me (563) to my sedentary tdee (1318) and got an overall tdee of 1879, which seems too good to be true

does it seem accurate or too high?

It seems broadly right to me.  Obviously the calculators are only ever an estimate, but off hand it doesn't strike me as too high based on what you've said, and in particular some 4 hours of walking.

Totally normal!

I have a smart watch with hr monitor, so it measures my activity level quite accurately. Here are my stats:

6'0 (183 cm), CW 50.2 kg, 15.0 BMI
My sedentary TDEE is around 1600 cal, in addition to that I burn 600-900+ cals by walking (20-25k steps per day) and running

I think it’s too high.
Then again the TDEE things never work for me. Maybe I have a slow metabolism.

I know that the sedentary tdee for me is correct because I've tested it out for many months but I'm honestly just wondering if the 563 cals that the walking calculator gave me for 3 h 45 mins of walking seems too high. sorry to hear that tdee is inaccurate for you though

I haven’t used the one you linked so… but probably it depends on your pace with the walking. Overall, the walking cals might be correct.

It's not too high at all, it seems pretty normal. Walking is my only form of activity, and my TDEE is usually 1800-2000.
