didn't used to be like this but the more i restrict i find i can't just have one slice of homemade pizza... (´•ω•｀♥)
we make it every weekend and i'm gonna need to find a way to control myself. :L

For me, the fear is triggered most by foods where I can't get a "definite" calorie count. I use the quotes because I know that calorie counts are notoriously inaccurate, but being able to do the maths for what I eat helps give me that sense of control I crave and that is the true foundation on which my ED is built.
So yeah, really any food that I didn't make myself. How healthy is that?

-Oils, that stuff hides calories n calories
-Really any drink that isn't diet. I'll die of dehydration before I'll drink any liquid that isn't low calorie
-Most meats, but I'm forced to eat some sigh
