what are your favorite low calorie snacks? i’m looking to buy some at walmart or albertsons that wouldn’t be too suspicious to my parents.

-PB2 with any fruit or veg (apples or celery)
-frozen berries or cherries
-smart sweets candy like 80-100 cal per bag depending on which one u get
-kind bars
and light + fit greek vanilla yogurt

fruit, i have this protein yog which is so yummy and only 103 cals (really thick and crazy filling). also if u want a treat, popcorn

A small banana, protein bar (I only get the ones under 200 calories), one hard boiled egg, 100 calories of pecans, one slice of cheese
BMI: 17.5
CW: 111 lbs
GW: 100 lbs
LW: 95 lbs
HW: 126 lbs

String cheese is low calorie most are 100-110 but if you get mozerella which is what i always got its 80 calories i think. I havent had it in a while. Fruit the lower carb ones like any apples, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and all grapes, except cotton candy grapes they have slightly few more calories but are worth it they only seasonal though. Pb2, pop chips are so good and low calorie with the chips, any hard sf candy. I cant think worth shit right now. But there are more.

Asda do sliced mushrooms which are like 40 cal per pack. They’re so good
