Today was my breaking point. I picked going to McDonald's instead of giving my crush a ride home. I'm beyond disgusted with myself. I let food become the number one thing in my life and it's out of control 😭. I'm taking control again
(yes I know I don't control my Ed )

My stats...
Hw 147.0. Cw 144.8. lw 110.4.
5'0ft. Age 23

I'm going to start this off with a fast. I'm not sure how long tho. I'm 43mins in as of right now. I think I'll set a goal for 48hrs and see how I feel

Weight update. I'm 144.0lbs this morning
-0.8lbs

I'm 9hrs 40mins into my fast.

My new weight goal is to be 127lbs by Halloween so that's what I'll work towards first.

Today I'll be going to Walmart to cash my check so I'm gonna buy more water and low cal coconut water
