Tomorrow I intend to start a 1200 calorie diet, preferably under 1000 though. I'll do this for 3 weeks and then decide where I want to go from there.
I don't have a goal weight in mind yet. I just want to look the way I did 3 years ago (I didn't track my weight back then, but just used the mirror).
Along with the weight loss, I want to escape the binge cycle I've been going through. I'll also not allow myself any processed sugar or carbs other than fresh fruit.
I am currently 6'1 and 156 lbs.
