I am in collage and I need to lose weight!
CW: 83,7kg (fluctuates on 84kg)
GW after 30days: 77-79 (ish) kg
(according to my calculations I CAN lose 6,5kg:)

(I MADE CHANGES IN THIS ACCOUNTABILITY THREAD TO KEEP IT MORE ORGANIZED)

Update 22.09.
I need more control over my calories and meals, so I AM DOING OMAD for 30days or longer

My plan:
Kcal limit 900kcal or below
My goal is to lose 9kg or 5kgish
23:1/22:2
Eating around 17-19:00 ( I am gonna be hungry the first days)
P.S-
The last posts under are from the IU diet, but because of this busy week I hadn’t have the time to COOK the sweet potato, and So much money went out on buying drinks which I disliked…

Day one apple mono diet: 22.09.21 ( Yeah I DECIDED TO DO JIMIN DIET)
No eating after 21:00
Weight: 83,7 (My weight fluctuates on= water weight 84,1kg)

08:00- Breakfast- (2) SMALL apples
(Snack: 1 apple )
15:00: Lunch: 1 apple
Chocolate 230 (needed energy, I will be here for another 3 hours or so. I’ve been here since 9am)
19:00
Dinner: optional- SWEET SOUR SAUCE, RICE AND PORK 290KCAL
( I will have oatmeal OR something for dinner about 300kcal limit)
Total: 777kcal of 900kcal

Earlier today 10pm

Here is a lot of temptations!
Everyone is (almost everyone) is eating biscuits, candies, bakery, and sweet stuff.
I guess whe I get home I will have a good dinner to look forward to so I avoid b/p- ing

Update 14:08
I bought 1 chocolate 230kcal
And an energy drink (for the first time) that was 235 kcal in total,
The calories in total freaked me out so I poured the energy drink in the toilet in fear of “binge drinking”. So I guess I somehow saved myslef by spending money yayy…

Anyways..

Jimin diet
Weight 83,0KG yayy I lost 0,7kg again:)
Fasting type: 22:2

(11:02) ENDURE HUNGER
I have a zoom meeting at 11am and I am late MEEH i dont care.
I will stay strong and wait till 16:00 to eat my first meal of the day and

12:00
I am really HUNGRY, but I will ENDURE. Only 4hours left till I can eat.
I need to think of my WHY, how much weight I can lose and how much dicipline I can get from IF.
I will be able to control hunger again! POSITIVE VIBES ONLY  :D

13:48
I broke my fast. I fasted for 20h good enough I guess. So I will eat some oatmeal and start fasting after my last meal around 17:00


Plain Oatmeal
203kcal (60g) no milk added

Dinner: PORK WITH NOODLES
(160kcal for 100g)
(560kcal for 390g the whole box)
I will keep it portionized, but 390g is an okay portion size, but that's why I do OMAD/jimin diet, so i don't need to worry about the calories.

Total: 760 kcal.
EXERCISE: Jogging/ walking
Steps: 8971- calories burned- 485kcal
I’ve been fasting since 17:00.
So tomorrow I can eat at 15:00 ish
I have no school tomorrow! I will sleep till midday I need my beauty sleep

I feel hungry, so I am binge drinking calorie free drinks to suppress my hunger don’t worry I won’t eat. I only have apples in my dorm and pork and noodles box thing (1package) soo here are no tempting options

Day 3
Weight 82,5kg

WOW! I am so happy I am 82,5kg (Ik it's water weight), first the scale showed 84,1 and I freaked out, but stepped on again and the number 82,5kg appeared and I felt so RELIVED.
ANYWAYS, now it will be easier to reach my goal weight. If I can reach my gw1: 79kg within these weeks that would be like a dream come true.

When I was home and not in collage I struggled to lose weight, but now as I am finally alone in my own dorm I can purge/ starve/fast whenever I want.
I have b/p for on and off for 3 months and I felt like I needed MORE control over my food, so that's why I find OMAD so much better than eating. This accountability gives me the dicipline to not eat until I am allowed to eat, so this thread helps me not to eat out of nowhere.

14:30
Hour fasting: 21h
I broke my fast by eating pork and noodles (200g)
& rice cakes (27kcal each) 154kcal

Total for today: 465/600ish of 900:)
^ I feel the calories I counted aren’t correct, so I feel like the estimated calories are 500- 600kcal:)

Started fasting 15:00/15:30

16:34-
I Am attendig to a party with my classmates. I don’t drink anyways, but maybe I will buy calorie free energy drink? I mean they’re expensive, but I want something to drink so I don’t feel “left out”.
I will buy two energy drinks which will result in 60kcal or 40kcal Hmmmmm🤔

Update:
I GOT Drunk, but I did not eat anything. Soo my weight was 83,9kg, so I guess my weight will maintain tomorrow😣 better than gaining I guess😯

YES this was my first time drinking, and I do not regret 😂

Day 4.
Yesterday 82,5kg
Today: 82,3kg (-300grams)
I lost 300grams

11:00
I will jog today to burn the calories from yesterday:( also lose some water weight from exercising.
I will jog on empty stomach to lose faster.
I have been fasting for 20h so far, IK my alcohol intake broke my fast but I give shat bout that I still lost 300g and I didn’t eat soo I still count it as OMAD.
Anyways I will go for a jog soon. Around midday

So I went for a jog and my weight showed 82,6 because I drank water before my jog and the water was stille there....

Anyways.
dinner
Candy as dessert: 680kcal for 150-170 ish grams
Oatmeal 30g 101kcal
--------------------------------------------------------------------

I am gonna be honest I love OMAD, but I have eaten apples and no bread for a whole week because I did IU diet, which I failed. I crave a real dinner other than oatmeal and my diet safe food......

Day 5:
82,6kg
Yesterday I was GUiLTY OF DRINKING 1L of chocolate milk. Omg That’s why my weight is stabile. I promise not to do thisbmistake again.
Fasted for 22h
- Breaking my fast with PLAIN toasted bread (4)
143kcal

- Dinner
Fish (72kcal per 100g)
Potatoes 4 82kcal per 100g
Beans, carrot and corn mix 42kcal per 100g
Total: 464 kcal
+ intentionally purged candy 600kcal + chocolate
I got it all out and I flushed so many times I am tired
I weigh 82,7 kg now & I feel a bit distressed by the numbers so I will jog and shed the water weight off!

I went for a jog 40 min, abs 10min shoulder and core workout 15min


I purged omce again, this timebI weighed 80,9kg😮 I have purged and exercised the water weight. I am really dehydrated, but I will use this to advantage to lise wven faster. I am thinking if doing abc/ skinny girl diet while doing OMAD

Weight 81,5kg
I am gonna stop purging and restrict on 600kcal from now on.
PURGE PURGE 3x times
Fasted for 22h and 16minutes
Calories: I don’t care- i purged them all, I am dehydrated yet again.

I think what matters is that Purging my meal and fasting is helping lose weight and that’s what we all care for WEIGHT LOSS❤️
Even tho it’s awful, CAUGHT IN A LIE❤️🥰🥰
