I'm currently a 20-year old who is dealing with a lack of self control. I have been on a constant journey of losing weight. Two weeks ago I was 6 pounds away from reaching my UGW, but I ruined it through a 2-week constant binge-restrict cycle, in the end I went from 126lbs to 141lbs which is almost 20 pounds of weight gain. I understand that some of it would be food weight + water weight, but I literally had people comment on my weight gain. Anywayssss, I'm gonna start this diet and try to stop binging once and for all!!! . I'll weight myself daily to keep myself motivated, even though it's pretty toxic of me to do so. I was gonna fast but I feel like that would make me wanna binge even more . I'm also gonna do growingannanas HITT challenge for four weeks.
