i'm starting hsgd tomorrow (september 20th). just the 30 day version. i will be counting fruit & veggies and will not be deducting exercise from my totals. i feel like shit rn and am hoping to get back on track. also, i run 5 times a week and do a bit of weights. 

 

feel free to join! i'm just gonna post meals/workout/calorie totals here to keep me accountable!

okay, so day 1 is complete-ish.

 

starting weight: 131.2 lbs (5'6" for reference, i'm hoping this is a lot of food/water weight)

calories consumed: 993/900

calories burned: 629 (40 min run, small ab circuit)

day 2 done!

 

calories consumed: 752/800

calories burned: 422 (20 min run, 45 min hike)

 

i didn't weigh in today. my goal for this challenge is to get to 120 lbs. and my ugw is 110 lbs.
