Hey guys! I'm back at it. Finally out of the 150s! Now I'm ready to get out of the 140s. My plan is to start with HSGD and then move into the SGD once my body adjusts to less calories.

Stats

5'2"
SW: 149.6 lbs
GW: 136.0 lbs
GW2: 124.0 lbs
UGW: 110 lbs

Waist- 28 3/4"
Low waist- 35 1/2"
Thighs- 22 3/4"

*Not subtracting calories burned from exercise

5. 3 bites of rice and beans 60
G. Elliptical, 3/4 mile run -276

Notes: AM: I b/p'd last night. I think I need to have a set meals I eat everyday, including stuff to look forward to everyday...

PM: even though I had a great day, I think I'm going to gain weight tomorrow. I'm constipated and this morning's weight was after a late night b/p. On the bright side, I didn't b/p today. I actually had no desire to binge...even though I was stressed. I was able to manage my anxiety better. On the not-so-bright-side, I killed my vape already. It was suppose to last me up to 3 weeks and I went though it in 5 days 😪

Notes: woke up late so the gym was light. I'd like to get through this day without purging, but I also don't want to gain weight from eating today.

B/p 3 times. Almost got caught this morning...

Notes: I was excited about losing almost 4 lbs this week but when I went out, I saw how big I still am in the mirrors and window reflections. Im really motivated to lose the rest of this weight. Im still 18 lbs from decent.

Total: -2.0 lbs

Notes: Really stressful week, a lot of b/p. I think I'll start adding a b/p counter so I can work it down to 0. It will also help to know why I'm doing it so much or what exactly is triggering me. I could say stress in general but some days seem better managed than others. I think I'll focus this week on understanding my triggers more.
