I'm starting the HSGD today i usually restrict to 600-800 cals but something happened and i haven't been able to restrict the same anymore and it inevitably led to b/p cycle i'm still losing but not at the same rate as before. I'm using this thread and this diet to keep myself on track.
- exercise minimum five times a week
- two litres of water everyday
- 0 cal or low cal drinks only
- eat mostly veggies and avoid unhealthy food
- strictly vegetarian
(I'm sure i can lose more but i don't want to set myself for failure lol)
I won't be posting everyday!
