I'm starting the HSGD today i usually restrict to 600-800 cals but something happened and i haven't been able to restrict the same anymore and it inevitably led to b/p cycle i'm still losing but not at the same rate as before. I'm using this thread and this diet to keep myself on track.

 

Rules:

- exercise minimum five times a week 

- two litres of water everyday

- 0 cal or low cal drinks only

- eat mostly veggies and avoid unhealthy food

- strictly vegetarian 

 

 

SW: 259

GW: 250

 

(I'm sure i can lose more but i don't want to set myself for failure lol)

 

I won't be posting everyday!

Updates: i thought i went over my limit by a lot but i counted and was fine thankfully but i have not been drinking water since i started HSGD. i haven't lost any weight yet QAQ

no exercise ( :()

 
weekly summary: down three pounds, exercised five times this week, ate out three time (with friends), had seafood, did not drink 2L every day, i was also doing 16/8  and 20/4 if 
 
goals for next week: 30 minutes minimum of exercise for 6 days, strictly vegetarian, up water intake, go on more walks, no eating out, no adding back cals from exercise, more consistent fasting (18/6 and 20/4)

I don't recommend eating 200 or 300 kcal for the whole day since you're also exercising, you could get dizzy or faint or even worse you could end up binging. would suggest to stay within the limit or close to it. 

anyways you're doing great and definitely losing.

I've been on track with one or two days where i went over the cal limit by 50-100 cals. I also just finished a four day liquid fast and am currently at 252 so i'm two pounds away from gw1 :) ngl i was hoping to lose faster but its whatever. I am currently going through midterms, shark week and a nasty bout of food poisoning so it could be that the stress is making me lose slower? I'll update on day 30 with a final weight in. fingers crossed that i lose two pounds in 3 days QAQ but i won't be going to the gym this weekend bcs my last two exams are on tuesday.

Last day today! I weighed in at 251 (1 pd from my gw1!!) this is was a fun thread to make and i enjoyed the HSGD but this was longest diet i've done so far because i usually stick to doing 2 week ones and I don't think i'd do it again just because i dislike having to check it everyday and readjust my cal goal because I am super forgetful. Thx for reading <3
