I’d like to say 30 lbs but maybe that’s a bit unrealistic so 20 lbs

I am in the process of losing 16 kg / 36 lbs, so far I have lost several, then put some back, then lost again, and blah blah, so now from those 16 kg I have lost 7 kg / 16 lbs and I have 9 kg / 20 lbs more to lose.

 

I am not following a specific diet just some sensible things (sensible for me) like i.e i stay near my BMR i dont push my self for 400 cal intakes, I dont really drink alcohol only rarely, if i over-eat one day i will try my best for the following days to that to be lower, you know, just sensible things, I am done harming my body a long time ago. Now i just try to lose some weight under the circumstances, circumstances being my ednos fucking me up for 2 years now since the first lockdown held me caged and i lost my balance cause i cant be caged is too bad for me

10-20 lbs if everything works out. don't want to freak out people around me but yeah.

I'm thinking ten pounds is manageable with some small tweaks (drastically cutting back on drinking, riding my bike to work, being diligent about calorie counting). I've really been in 'fuck it' mode for a while so I'm not sure how my body will respond to these changes.

20-25 lbs hopefully.. it feels like losing is so slow these days lol but im hoping to stay under 900 cals all week and then up to 1100 on weekends, and i do dinner omad most days

I'd like to lose 30, but 20 to 25 is probably more realistic. I've been eating somewhere between 500 and 900 cal a day with very little exercise and I've lost 15 pounds in the last month. I know it's bound to slow down soon so I don't want to set myself up for disappointment if and when it does. I would like to up my exercise a bit, but tbh I've been feeling too tired to do much other than light housework and taking care of my animals.

I’m aiming for 20lbs before December, pretty easily doable as long as I stick to 4000 calories weekly/ around 600 daily

I’m starting small to try to prevent burnout. I’m parking at the farthest end of the parking lot from my class so I have to walk further to get there and no more elevators unless I’m sick.

I want to lose about 20lbs by the end of the year which will finally put me into the healthy bmi range, then my goals after that are more fun

I'm in the same boat as you! Aiming for 20 for healthy bmi by Christmas then a bit more for ugw next year with more fitness related goals.

I need to loose 10 pounds to put me in a healthy bmi range. Really struggling with binges atm. Over the past 6 weeks ive cut down to no more than 900 calories per day and no alcohol. Binges just creep up and get me. Ive lost 11 pounds within that time. I just yoyo far too much. If i am being honest id love to loose a full stone by Christmas. I just dont have faith in myself to do it. Sorry for the rant!x
